Taking to Instagram to reveal how she stays in such amazing shape, the Modern Family actress shared a video, which you can see above, of her getting her gym grind on.
In the shot, which is captioned “Monday torture”, Sofia Vergara can be seen with a resistance band strapped around her upper thighs, working out her thighs, core, and booty. The video features her doing several other workouts in what appears to be an at-home gym which would certainly make it easier to be on time for workouts every morning. Dressed to kill, Vergara dons an eye-catching all red training suit with black sneakers to pull it together.
While many of us toss on some gym clothes and drag ourselves to the fitness center, that doesn’t seem to be the case for Sofia Vergara who’s forgoing the messy bun and letting her gorgeous locks flow free. In the comment section, the familiar handle of Paris Hilton leaves a message for her friend with a simple heart eyes emoji, cheering her on. One thing is clear, Sofia Vergara takes her self-care workout routine seriously – making sure she’s at a pique fitness and physique level.

The Boys co-stars Jack Quaid and Karl Urban went as Friday the 13th madman Jason Vorhees and Alex from A Clockwork Orange, respectively, while Dove Cameron put her name in the running for a new Tron feature dressed in a tight fitting black getup with vibrantly colored hair and makeup to match, with Heidi Klum taking it to an entirely new level and completely transforming herself into a larger than life worm. Although the world is still reeling from the COVID-19 pandemic and we’re not out of the woods yet, this was the first year where it felt really possible to gather in large groups for big Halloween parties and celebs were not about to hold back.
Whether she’s stunning in a look or hitting followers with some behind-the-scenes physical action at the gym, Sofia Vergara is always bringing the looks. With her long-running role on Modern Family coming to an end in 2020, fans have been waiting for Vergara to tackle her next big television part and that will soon be coming in Griselda. The upcoming Netflix miniseries will see Vergara in the titular role of Griselda Blanco, a legendary drug trafficking Queen Pin.
