The way of Hollywood is chock full of reboots and remakes. That is just the way of the world. Movies haven’t necessarily gone stale, but tons of studios are attempting to capitalize on all our nostalgic memories. The newest reboot comes in form of one of the most beloved Woody Harrelson films. The 1992 comedy, White Men Can’t Jump, is being set up for the reboot treatment. While no one can come close to the comedy stylings of Harrelson, it appears as if his role has already been filled. Also, Wesley Snipes and Rosie Perez, who could they possibly get to fill those shoes? Well, Jack Harlow of musical fame is set to star in the new version. Fans have already begun to trash the idea. We get it.

While we do not condone any gun violence at all, this might be the perfect response to the upcoming White Men Can’t Jump reboot. Woody Harrelson and fans should be running away from this reboot like everyone in the above video.

The above Twitter user gets it completely. Woody Harrelson, Wesley Snipes, and Rosie Perez are the perfect 1990s casting. There is no reason to mess with that perfect formula. As the saying goes, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

We want to forgo our judgment here, but there is no way that Jack Harlow is going to be on par with Woody Harrelson. Sorry, it’s just not happening. Another perfect comment. All the characters were absolutely nailed before. There’s zero need to mess with that formula.

Kanye’s massively angry and disappointed face says it all. Leave this movie alone. Woody Harrelson wouldn’t try and remake, Graduation, would he? No idea why we referenced a Kanye West album in relation to a post about a movie, but yeah, you get the idea.

The above tweet is another astute response. Hollywood has certainly gone too far now. This Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes combination are one of the best to come out of the 1990s. This is prime-era Snipes comedy. Leave it be.

We love a good multi-layered joke. Well, this is a response to the reboot via a scene with Woody Harrelson and Snipes going toe to toe, but the Mona Lisa reference is on point. Leave a masterpiece alone.

We are not sure what’s worse. The fact that this Twitter user called a film from 1992, “old,” or the fact that this reboot is happening. It’s certainly true though. There is not a need to remake every hit from the 80s, 90s, and beyond. Woody Harrelson was a star on Cheers, and that isn’t being rebooted. Oh man, we might have put that into the universe now.

As you can tell from the myriad of above responses, White Men Can’t Jump is a certified classic comedy. There is going to be no way that the new characters can hold a candle to Woodly Harrelson and Wesley Snipes. They worked so well together and their back-and-forth candor is irreplaceable. Obviously, reboots are meant to redo something that has already been done, but this is just a movie that will be hard to replicate. It’s that good.
