Actress Elizabeth Hurley is showing off her timeless beauty in a new Instagram post. The 56-year-old British bombshell posted a picture of herself on an unnamed beach – although we’re guessing somewhere in the Caribbean – in a tiny aqua blue bikini. She isn’t just enjoying herself, however, she’s helping out the local sea life – her picture shows her rescuing a couple of starfish that were stranded on the beach. “They’re now happily back at the bottom of the sea,” she said in the photo caption, showing off the large, plump echinoderms moments before she put them back into the water, much to the delight of her 2.3 million followers.

Although Elizabeth Hurley doesn’t say exactly where she is, according to IMDb, she is currently filming a movie titled Christmas in the Caribbean, so our guess of her location isn’t exactly going to impress Sherlock Holmes. He would be impressed, however, with the Austin Powers actress’ toned abs and slim yet athletic frame, which would put women half her age to shame. In an interview with Women’s Health last year, Elizabeth Hurley outlined how she stays so fit and trim. She actively avoids the gym, choosing instead to squeeze in workouts as she works around her home, including doing squats while she brushes her teeth! She loves working in her garden and limits her time on her cell phone to keep her mental state on the level. With a strict healthy diet, she is able to maintain a bikini-worthy figure without a set workout routine.

According to production company MSR Media, Christmas in the Caribbean is a romantic comedy. Elizabeth Hurley plays Rachel, a hopeless romantic who is left waiting at the alter when her fiance gets cold feet at the last minute. Her two best friends Amanda and Rebecca decide to take her on her Caribbean Christmas honeymoon anyway, where she unexpectedly falls in love with a restaurateur and widower named Allesandro (Edoardo Costa). Her friends try to keep the pair together, while her daughter (Hadar Cats) tries to pull them apart. Rachel then has to decide whether to go back home to England, or follow her heart and stay on the island. Nathalie Cox (Clash of the Titans), former MTV veejay Downtown Julie Brown, and Caroline Quentin (Doc Martin) also star.

Elizabeth Hurley isn’t just lighting up the silver screen; she’s out doing some very important work. She’s a global ambassador for The Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign, where she works to raise awareness of the disease and encourage women to get regular checkups. It’s a cause she’s worked for nearly thirty years, and it hits close to home. Last October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, she revealed that her grandmother died in the 1990s from breast cancer, which fuels her drive to make a difference and save lives. “Today, our call to help end breast cancer for all is more urgent than ever as breast cancer is now the most commonly diagnosed cancer worldwide,” she said. “Whether you’re a patient, family or friend, thriver, doctor, or advocate, I hope you’ll join me in helping fund lifesaving breast cancer research.”

Elizabeth Hurley’s career highlights run the spectrum of genres. She recently appeared on the series The Royals, as well as Hulu’s Marvel series Runaways. She had a memorable stint on Gossip Girl and famously played the devil tempting Brendan Fraser in Bedazzled in 2000. She will next be seen in the film Welcome to Georgia with Saturday Night Live alum Taran Killam and Hannah Simone (New Girl).
