With Season 4 of Prime Video’s The Boys well into filming, we know that leading stars like Erin Moriarty are incredibly busy running lines and practicing stunts. Even with her stacked schedule, the actress, who plays Annie January aka Starlight, has found time to dazzle her Instagram followers with a gorgeous look, much like she did weeks ago in a pink dress. In the post, which you can see below, Moriarty is showing off a sleek all-black look with a revealing set of lingerie covered by a short suit jacket.

While in the past, Erin Moriarty has been most recognized for her roles in titles including Jessica Jones and True Detective, it’s her current run on The Boys that has fans obsessed with the performer. She’s been with Prime Video’s satirical superhero series since its beginnings all the way back in 2019 and has dealt with the ups and downs that production faced when handling the COVID-19 pandemic. But you can’t keep a good man (or boy) down, and the series has come back stronger than ever, raking in several accolades from the awards circuits over the years.
The production is now filming its fourth season, and fans can’t wait to see what’s next for the jaw-dropping series. When we last left off with Erin Moriarty’s Starlight, she had just left the Seven and was officially inducted into the titular Supe-fighting group of vigilantes – despite grumbles from Butcher (Karl Urban). It was a bumpy road for the boys as Butcher took things a little too far on his personal vendetta to bring down Homelander (Antony Starr), going as far as to shoot up Compound V to give himself superpowers.
As one would imagine, this didn’t turn out great for Butcher and the final moments of Season 3 saw him receiving a cancer diagnosis. Things are up in the air for Erin Moriarty’s on-screen love interest, Jack Quaid, who plays Hughie Campbell as he was also involved in Butcher’s Compound V “testing” and may be dealing with some life-ending consequences in the upcoming installment. Meanwhile, the rest of the gang was busy with a slew of side quests and the season saw the arrival of Jensen Ackles’ Soldier Boy, a Supe that we hope will make his way back to the series down the line.
While plot details are being kept hush-hush for the next season, we can expect to see more of the father-son dynamics play out between Homelander and his biological son Ryan (Cameron Crovetti) as well as his “adopted” father Butcher. There will also be a major political shakeup coming with Homelander’s rise to the top of the political arena. Joining Erin Moriarty, Karl Urban, Antony Star, Jack Quaid, and Cameron Crovetti for the next season will be Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Chace Crawford, Jessie T. Usher, and Colbie Minifie with Simon Pegg reprising his role as Hugh Campbell Sr. and The Walking Dead and Supernatural star Jeffrey Dean Morgan also joining the fun in an undisclosed role. No release date has been set.
