Even when Alexandra Daddario is in the process of moving, she manages to put together a stunning, but subtle look. Recently, the star took to Instagram to upload a picture of herself in a simple, yet elegant green dress as she was moving into her new place. She also tagged the brand in the process for anyone who wants to snag the look for themselves. Check out the post below:
In her caption, Alexandra Daddario mentions her less-than-professional version of a tripod, using a stack of books to prop the camera up. We’d say she MacGyver’d her makeshift tripod pretty well and the picture looks great. Unfortunately, the circumstances behind the move are likely due to an incident that is less than pleasant. Daddario recently had a scary encounter with an alleged stalker. Reports say the man came to her door on February 19th asking for the actress. When Daddario came to the door, the man was reportedly shaking and seemed nervous. She called the authorities who arrested the man and found a firearm in his car. The man apparently accused Daddario of being a stalker.
Alexandra Daddario was able to file a restraining order against the man, but since he was able to post bail, Daddario was recommended to be extra cautious and move out of her home for the time being. Although the situation is no doubt scary and stressful, it’s at least nice to see that the actress seems to be doing well and getting comfortable in her new digs.
Alexandra Daddario is fresh off her most recent role as a Rachel Patton in HBO’s The White Lotus. Daddario had one of the strongest performances in a cast full of strong performers and her characters had one of the most intriguing arcs. The show was well-liked by critics and audiences. It follows a group of guests and employees as they stay a week at a tropical resort. The cast also included Jennifer Coolidge, Murray Bartlett, Connie Britton, Sydney Sweeney, Fred Hechinger, and more.
Next up for Alexandra Daddario is a film called Wildflower, where she stars opposite Kiernan Shipka, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Reid Scott, and Jean Smart. It follows Shipka’s character as she cares for her disabled parent. In 2023, she’ll be starring in her own TV series, Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches where she played a neurosurgeon who discovers she’s the heir to a family of witches. Details on the show are still light as of now, but it’s set to air on AMC.
Clearly, Alexandra Daddario has a lot on her acting plate, so the last thing she probably needs right now is unexpectedly moving from place to place to avoid a stalker. Hopefully, the stalker situation is taken care of so she doesn’t have to worry about terrifying scenarios like that anymore. She also just celebrated her birthday yesterday, as seen in her previous Instagram post, and while there are certainly better ways to spend a birthday than moving into a new place, at least she’s been able to remove herself from a bad situation.
