Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn Blu-Ray/DVD Announced For December 4th

Microsoft and 343 Industries doubled down on the Halo marketing from with Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, a five-part web series that serves as a prequel to the latest Halo game, which released earlier this month. Devoted Halo fans have most likely already watched the series, but for die-hard fans or people who don’t like watching stuff online, it will be coming to Blu-ray, DVD, and digital download on December 4th. Even better, the commercially released version will be an extended cut that strings all the episodes together and ups the running time to around 90 minutes. The disc will also include 60+ minutes of behind-the-scenes featurettes and whatnot.
