Recently, Megan Fox (Transformers) told The Washington Post that she would like to be in a superhero movie due to her interest in comic books. By saying this, it opens the possibilities of her one day joining the DC Extended Universe or the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Fans have decided that she should be Poison Ivy.

While Megan Fox did not name names for characters she would like to be; fans have already been posting about her taking on the supervillain role in a DC movie. With this fan casting, it has kicked off impressive artwork to give an idea of how she would look with the green skin, plant-based clothing, and red hair.

Harley Quinn star Margot Robbie (The Suicide Squad) has been open about how she would love to bring Poison Ivy into the DC Extended Universe. She has apparently been pleading to Warner Bros. executives constantly to make it happen. The two characters have had a relationship in the comic books and the Harley Quinn animated series. The Wolf of Wall Street actress would be bringing to life the first LGBT relationship to the big screen for DC. If it were to happen, might as well cast Megan Fox to please fans further as they clearly are hungry for it to happen.

Birds of Prey was produced by Margot Robbie. That extra power allowed for the freedom to do something for her and the rest of the cast and crew to create something different that they wanted. If she wants Poison Ivy, it can be possible with whatever she plans on doing next with Harley Quinn after James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad. It does not guarantee anything, especially Megan Fox being her co-star, but it is a possibility to see in the future.

Circulating ideas on bringing Megan Fox and Margot Robbie into the same DC movie, one user tweeted about them being together for a Batman movie.

With the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe, Megan Fox could appear in one of those movies someday in the future. There are plenty of unknown projects in the works and others that we know about without knowledge of a full cast, so it is possible for her to enter that franchise instead. Regardless, actors have proven that if they want in the trendy superhero genre, they often get in eventually.

If the idea of Megan Fox of Poison Ivy is something you want to see, knowing you probably won’t ever, or at least for years, you can check out some of her latest releases. This year she was in Midnight in the Switchgrass with Bruce Willis (Die Hard). She was also in Till Death with Eoin Macken (The Night Shift), Callan Mulvey (Captain America: The Winter Soldier), and Jack Roth (Bohemian Rhapsody).

For what’s to come, Megan Fox has a stack of movies coming. Next year she will star in Big Gold Brick with Oscar Isaac (Star Wars), Lucy Hale (Pretty Little Liars), and Andy Garcia (The Godfather: Part III). The actress will lend her voice to the animated movie Naya Legend of the Golden Dolphin with Kate Winslet (Titanic), Elliot Page (Juno), and Gerard Butler (300). Finally, she will be in Aurora with director Lazar Bodroza (Deathcember).
