Henry Cavill’s upcoming Warhammer 40,000 series may possibly star Ana de Armas, if negotiations go well. According to our trusted and proven sources, the former Superman actor is looking to bring in the Ballerina star to his developing grimdark science-fiction series; currently, Henry Cavill is the only announced star of the Warhammer 40,000 show, as well as being executive producer. Henry Cavill and Ana de Armas together would be impressive star power for the show, which already has a dedicated fan base.

Henry Cavill is recruiting Ana de Armas for his Warhammer 40,000 show in an unknown role, which could essentially be anything in the franchise’s gritty, war-torn future universe. Warhammer 40,000 began as a tabletop miniature war game from Games Workshop, initially envisioned as a science-fiction parallel to its existing Warhammer Fantasy series, using similar concepts and themes. Since the first edition (titled Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader) was published in 1987, the franchise has expanded into a whole world of novels, RPGs, concept music, and, most importantly, video games.

That is significant because, in addition to being a famously handsome and jacked actor, Henry Cavill is known for being a very dedicated gamer with a particular love for The Witcher and Total War series. This has led Henry Cavill to formerly star in Netflix’s adaptation of The Witcher, his Warhammer 40,000 deal with Amazon Studios, and now, potentially, working with Ana de Armas. We have previously reported that Cavill is on the verge of a first-look deal with Amazon Studios to adapt multiple games, so it looks like he is living the dream of every game nerd ever.

There is little word so far as to what Henry Cavill’s Warhammer 40,000 series could involve as a story or how Ana de Armas might fit into it. While the Warhammer 40,000 series has an insanely huge amount of lore and details, there is no single storyline that is the “plot” of the franchise. There are also not that many characters that could be considered a protagonist, with the game focused on anonymous armies of Space Marines, Space Elves, and Space Goblins. As such, Henry Cavill and the rest of the creative team could pretty much piece together any kind of plot they would like from the accumulated years of story.

Henry Cavill?

The most significant and famous character in the Warhammer 40,000 is the nameless Emperor of Mankind, a demigod-like figure who founded a vast Imperium that seeks to establish order in a chaotic and violent universe. However, the Emperor is canonically either near-dead (or possibly actually dead) and sustained by a vast apparatus that requires the ritual sacrifice of thousands of psychic humans in order to operate. It could be that Henry Cavill will be playing that character since we can’t see the famously beautiful Ana de Armas in the role.

However, we shall just have to wait and see what Henry Cavill comes up with for his beloved Warhammer 40,000 and if he can get Ana de Armas to play along.
