Coachella was a wild ride over the past couple of weeks, with a major performance and subsequent drop-out from the reclusive Frank Ocean, nostalgic acts like Blink-182, the first-ever live performance from the elusive Jai Paul, and a DJ set from Skrillex, Four Tet, and Fred Again… to wrap things up. Of course, there were plenty of celebrities in attendance as well, including Arrow‘s Kat McNamara. McNamara took to Instagram to share some of her fits from the weekend and a brief clip of the K-Pop group BLACKPINK performing their set.

Kat McNamara seems like she had a great time at the fest, which is good because her upcoming schedule seems pretty packed. According to her IMDb, she has two film projects in development, with a rumored role in Urban Legend and a confirmed role in the film Jade. She will also be starring in the upcoming Fool’s Paradise, which is being released on May 12.

Fool’s Paradise is the long-gestating comedy that stars It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia‘s Charlie Day, who also wrote and directed the film. For a long time, no one was sure when Fool’s Paradise would come out, as the script underwent extensive rewrites after Day took some advice from Guillermo del Toro. However, it seems it’s finally coming out, and Kat McNamara isn’t the only big star on the cast list.

Fool’s Paradise is absolutely stacked with talent, and along with Charlie Day and Kat McNamara, it stars Jason Sudeikis, Jason Bateman, Kate Beckinsale, Adrien Brody, Ken Jeong, John Malkovich, Travis Fimmel, Jimmi Simpson, Dean Norris, Glenn Howerton, Edie Falco, Jillian Bell, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Alanna Ubach, Lance Barber, and Ray Liotta in one of his last film roles. The film follows a down-on-his-luck Hollywood publicist (Jeong), who discovers a recently released man from a mental health facility (Day) that looks just like a reclusive method actor. The highly anticipated comedy looks like the wait might have been worth it.

Outside of Fool’s Paradise, Kat McNamara has the upcoming film Jade, which follows a woman who must use her skills to retrieve a hard drive and protect her brother’s unborn child from a powerful businessman and a gang leader. Shaina West stars in the titular role, with Mickey Rourke, Mark Dacascos, Steven Michael Quezada, and Keith Jardine also starring. James Bamford directed and co-wrote the script with Lynn Colliar and Glenn Ennis.

Kat McNamara is also rumored to be appearing in the Urban Legend reboot, which is based on the cult 1998 film of the same name. Urban Legend follows a group of college kids investigating deaths linked to urban legends on social media. The reboot will be written and directed by Colin Minihan.

One question mark in Kat McNamara’s future is the fate of her CW show Walker: Independence, which finished its inaugural season in March. While the Walker prequel was well-liked by audiences, it has yet to be officially renewed for a second season. For now, we’ll have to wait and see what the future holds for the series.
