The actress, who is very active on social media, recently shared a photo of herself in a bright yellow one-piece swimsuit with a plunging neckline. To complete her look, the Baywatch alum paired her swimwear with nude high-heeled sandals and leopard print sunglasses. She wore her hair blonde hair in a tousled style around her shoulders.
In the caption accompanying the photo, Carmen Electra gave a nod to her time on Baywatch as Lani McKenzie “I’ll never give up the Baywatch outfits!” she wrote before wishing her followers a Happy Hump Day. Her legions of adoring fans rushed to the comments section to gush over the star. “You’ll always look amazing in a bikini or swimsuit,” one person said. While others noted that the 50-year-old is ageless, looks fantastic, and is absolutely stunning.
Interestingly, Carmen Electra doesn’t obsess about going to the gym to maintain her incredible physique. Speaking to The Cut in 2016, the actress said staying active is part of her lifestyle. “I don’t go to the gym every day. If I’ve already danced a lot I’m okay for a while,” she told the publication. When she does work out, the model keeps it simple with a few lunges or some cardio. Throughout her career, she’s only had one trainer which is very impressive.
Instead, Carmen Electra credits her dance background with the high level of discipline she achieves regarding workout routines. “I don’t need to be pushed. I think I’ve saved a lot of money too. As a dancer, I’ve never put strict rules on my workout habits, and sometimes I just want to go to the gym and do something light,” she explained. She also stresses the importance of sleep and tries to drink a minimum of two bottles of water a day.
Although her career has been quiet these days, Carmen Electra was extremely popular in the 1990s. After moving to Minneapolis, she met Prince, who produced her self-titled debut studio album which was released in 1993. But the album was not well received and effectively ended her recording career. Three years later, she started glamour modeling with frequent appearances in Playboy magazine, before relocating to Los Angeles.
That’s when she had her breakthrough role as Lani McKenzie in the action drama series Baywatch from 1997 to 1998. A slew of mini television and movie roles followed which kept the actress in the headlines. Earlier this year, Carmen Electra announced that she had joined OnlyFans to share intimate photos and videos with a select group of followers. The former Baywatch star spoke to People about the decision saying it was a no-brainer to join the website.
According to the publication, Carmen Electra wanted to be in control of her image.
