Bill Murray proved he’s still got it after sinking a behind-the-back hole-in-one during the Pebble Beach Pro-Am. As cool as always, the fan-favorite actor wore a checkered fedora with a pink button-up shirt and vest to tie the snazzy look together. In the clip, Murray struts across the putting green to where the golf ball lies. The actor takes his stance just in front of the ball with his back turned and with one easy putt, knocks the ball right into the hole. As the crowd goes wild, the ever smooth Murray takes a victory lap to celebrate his eyes-closed shot.

The now trending clip that put Murray’s name back into the spotlight today (not that it ever left,) can be seen below.

At 71, the actor has a penchant for doing unbelievably iconic things that seem to always find their way onto someone’s iPhone. Back in 2016, Bill Murray got some attention after he showed up at his son Homer’s bar and restaurant, 21 Greenpoint, and stepped in as the barkeep for the night. Although the happening turned out to be a promotional event, countless people flocked to the Brooklyn bar and waited in the long line outside to be served a drink by the Ghostbusters actor. And even though it sounds like Murray did more shot pouring than cocktail mixing, who wouldn’t want to take a shot that was doled out by Bill Murray himself?

Back on the green, fans have always been excited to see Bill Murray take part in celebrity golf tournaments. Not only is he an experienced golfer, but art imitates life for the man who was a star in the classic 1980 comedy film, Caddyshack. In the movie, which centers around wild and crazy events surrounding a high-tier country club, Murray nabbed the role of the club’s groundskeeper, Carl Spackler. A larger-than-life and out of his mind character, Spackler’s entire plot is centered around catching a gopher that is running amuck all over the course. Along with Murray, the hit film was home to an allstar cast including Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield, Ted Knight, and Michael O’Keefe.

Aside from his time on the golf course in Caddyshack, Murray has another unforgettable role that saw the actor back on the green. In 1996’s Space Jam, parents that were dragged along by their children to see the animated alien vs. toon basketball game were probably happy to see the familiar face of Bill Murray appear. At the beginning of the film, Murray is playing golf alongside Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Stan Podolak right before Jordan gets sucked down the hole which lands the sports star in the animated world. Though it’s a short cameo, the trio playing golf with Murray are all complimenting him on his skill with the club. He also appears at the end of the film to join in the final Looney Toons vs. Monstars showdown, but his success at sinking holes in one are more appreciated than his slam dunks.

After his latest attention-grabbing move on the golf course, it stands to question where the comedian will show off his talents and overall cool vibes next. With bars and golf courses under his belt, it could be anywhere so be sure to check out your surroundings just in case you catch a glimpse of Bill Murray hitting the slopes or dropping into the halfpipe.
