Sydney Sweeney recently shared a few photos on her Instagram wearing a black mesh top adorned with sequins and buttons. The post has gotten over 1.1 million likes along with countless comments from adoring fans and supportive viewers. The Euphoria actress has also recently been seen wearing a tight crop top and bikinis from her very own brand.
The black and white photos of Sydney Sweeney are from her interview with Modern Luxury, where you may have seen her on the cover of April’s issue. The rising star talked with the magazine about her upbringing in Spokane, Washington, her rise to fame, and her upcoming new film Reality. The Modern Luxury photoshoot also included a shot of the actress in a gorgeous black dress with an oversized white flower, perhaps a nod to her role as Olivia Mossbacher in The White Lotus.
The young Sydney Sweeney has already made quite a name for herself in Hollywood after she started with small roles and cameos in popular TV shows like Criminal Minds, Heroes, and 90210. Her first big break came in 2018 when she was cast as Emaline in the TV series Everything Sucks! which lasted 10 episodes. So far, Sydney Sweeney has been nominated for two Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series and Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie.
Shortly after her roles in smaller films, Sydney Sweeney got bigger roles in the hit TV shows Euphoria, The White Lotus, The Handmaid’s Tale, and Sharp Objects, in addition to a role in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Next up, the actress will star in Echo Valley, a violent thriller alongside Julianne Moore and Star Wars actor Domhnall Gleeson. She will also produce and star in Immaculate, an upcoming horror film about a faithful young woman’s journey to the Italian countryside that goes terribly wrong.
Sydney Sweeney has opened up about her on-screen nudity in Euphoria and the fact that women who take on these scenes are judged much more harshly than men. So, as much as she loves to film sex scenes, she’s aware that it does come with a price. It may impact her reputation, and she may be deemed a sex symbol for her nudity, but she will continue to persevere in spite of what others may think.
While acting is her main passion, Sydney Sweeney is also an aspiring businesswoman with a bikini line and a production company. In her personal life, Sydney Sweeney is newly engaged to long-time boyfriend Jonathan Davino, a businessman from Chicago. While Davino is 13 years older than her and doesn’t share the Hollywood spotlight, she is excited to say “I do” to the charming man she has been dating since 2018.
