If there is one thing that Millie Bobby Brown is as passionate about as acting in long-running Netflix science-fiction shows, it is her vegan and cruelty-free beauty brand, florence by mills. The Stranger Things star frequently takes to her insanely popular Instagram account (currently at 61 million followers and counting) to show off her wares. However, Millie Bobby Brown pulls double duty by showing off incredible looks, like this simple yet sexy t-shirt and blue jeans combination.
In this social media post, Millie Bobby Brown is posing in the middle of what looks like a very picturesque field, surrounded by tall grass and lush trees. She is wearing a tight white t-shirt tucked into high-waisted blue jeans with torn-out knees, holding a small canister of her own branded moisturizer. According to Millie Bobby Brown, the Plump to It! facial moisturizer “leaves your skin looking plump with an insane glow” and who are we to disagree with Eleven herself?
The second half of the fifth and final season of Stranger Things does not yet have a release date, but is not expected to stream on Netflix until sometime in 2024. Millie Bobby Brown has been the biggest breakout star of the show, among many breakout stars including Ghostbusters: Afterlife star Finn Wolfhard, Marvel Cinematic Universe star David Harbour, The Whale’s Sadie Sink, and famous nepotism baby Maya Hawke. Over the course of Stranger Things, the show became a cultural touchstone, so it will be interesting to see how the show actually concludes.
Despite Stranger Things ending, Millie Bobby Brown seems to have formed a lasting partnership with Netflix. In addition to the Duffer Brothers show, Millie Bobby Brown has starred as Sherlock Holmes’ kid sister Enola in two popular movies so far, with a third (likely sans Henry Cavill) possibly on the horizon.
Millie Bobby Brown will also star in the upcoming fantasy film Damsel for Netflix, alongside Robin Wright and recent Golden Globe-winner Angela Bassett. In the film, Brown plays a princess who believes she has been promised to marry a handsome prince (Nick Robinson), only to find she is actually a ritual sacrifice to a fearsome dragon. It is fair to expect that Princess Elodie will have to learn to defend herself without help from any knights in shining armor.
Millie Bobby Brown will star in yet another Netflix production, a science-fiction film titled The Electric State. The movie is directed by the Russo Brothers and is adapted from a graphic novel by Swedish artist Simon Stålenhag, which depicts a parallel America that is a combination of retro-futurism and westerns. Brown will play a girl searching for her missing brother with a robot, and will co-star Chris Pratt, Everything Everywhere All at Once’s Ke Huy Quan, Stanley Tucci, and Jason Alexander.
Even with Stranger Things ending, it seems that Millie Bobby Brown is staying immersed in bizarre worlds of fantasy and science fiction. At least her face will be well-moisturized as she does so.
