Captain’s Log, Stardate 65717.4. A new product has launched into the final frontier… of your living room. A mysterious, yet comfortable device used to rest your buttocks upon when at home or on the go. An inflatable chair; the universe has finally given us something of worth. Now you can bring the captain’s chair of the U.S.S. Enterprise with you anywhere. That’s real ingenuity.

This might be the most work I’ve ever seen put into selling a product like this. The three minute video definitely highlights the many uses of ThinkGeek’s newly released inflatable captain’s chair from the Enterprise bridge. But it is a little misleading.

The guy in the video definitely surpasses the suggested 120 pound weight limit, but don’t you see how much fun he’s having?! Screw weight limits, and the fact that it specifically says it’s for 3-7 year olds. Spend the meager $24.99 on this excellent item, take it with you on mass transit vehicles, and let people see what a badass captain of your own domain you are. Just, ya know, don’t sit down on it too hard.
