Alexandra Daddario recently shared a risqué photo on Instagram. In the picture, The White Lotus actress appears in the nude, sitting on a bed, with her camera obscuring her eyes. Behind her lies an open closet filled with neatly folded clothes. She captioned the image with a mountain emoji, symbolizing the picturesque backdrop of her vacation.

Days before sharing the internet-breaking photo, Alexandra Daddario posted a contrasting image where she is fully clothed. The picture shows the 37-year-old posing gracefully along a snowy mountain, highlighting her love of the outdoors. “And you may ask yourself, ‘Am I right, am I wrong?’ And you may say to yourself, ‘My God, what have I done?’” – me, on this hike,” she wrote in the caption.

Alexandra Daddario caused a similar stir in 2022 when she shared a nude photo from her more summery vacation on social media. The Baywatch star went viral with the image, which saw her standing in a pool with her back turned to the camera. The photographer (her husband, Andrew Form) strategically covered some of the snaps to maintain a level of modesty.

Speaking to Men’s Journal in December 2022, Alexandra Daddario addressed the fan response to her physical appearance in True Detective and its profound influence on her career. “When True Detective came out, and I was naked on the show, and it was huge for my career, and the phone was ringing, and I got some work off of it,” she told the publication.

“I think I hadn’t been that aware of my sex appeal before that,” Alexandra Daddario said. Maintaining a grounded perspective, the Mayfair Witches star explained that she doesn’t let people’s opinions about her hold too much weight. Whether it’s feedback on her latest project or comments about her red-carpet appearances, she consciously avoids taking them too seriously.

Alexandra Daddario has consistently championed body confidence, emphasizing the importance of self-acceptance and embracing our natural selves. She eloquently expressed that people shouldn’t try to conform to societal beauty standards. “I believe in being comfortable in our own skin, not putting pressure on ourselves or the way that we look, and accepting ourselves as we are,” she said.

As an advocate for the brand Aerie, Alexandra Daddario celebrated their commitment to authenticity. She commended the brand’s refusal to digitally alter its models, promoting a message of self-empowerment. “I think it’s so wonderful that Aerie is a brand that doesn’t photoshop their models, and they promote just being yourself and being confident and comfortable in your own skin,” she added.

Away from social media, Alexandra Daddario can be seen in the first season of Mayfair Witches. Created by Esta Spalding, the story follows neurosurgeon Rowan Fielding who discovers she is the heiress of a powerful witch dynasty. The series premiered on AMC and AMC+ on January 8 with mixed reviews from critics.

Along with Alexandra Daddario, Mayfair Witches features Harry Hamlin as Cortland Mayfair, Tongayi Chirisa as Ciprien Grieve, and Jack Huston as Lasher. The series has been popular with viewers and has already been renewed for a second season.
