Denise Richards has had a long and winding career in Hollywood, full of big roles, celebrity marriages (hey Charlie Sheen), and more. And over the course of her career she’s become something of a sex symbol as well. For Denise Richards, getting nude on camera has been part of the deal, and it’s something she is still doing to this day. Let’s take a look at where she stands on the practice and where her career is now.

Denise Richards has had something of a strained relationship with her daughter Sami Sheen, but mom did support child in one avenue, though it isn’t what you would really expect. That’s because Denise Richards joined the platform where many go nude: OnlyFans.
The reasoning was somewhat simple, though no less a bit odd. Denise Richards decided to get on the nude posting platform because her daughter Sami was already there with an active account. And Denise says this was a way to support her.
On an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live, Denise Richards talks about getting nude on the platform, describing what she gets into for her subscribers. Denise Richards said, “I do stuff that is sexier ’cause I also think, ‘Why not?.. If I’m able to do stuff outside of some of the more conservative stuff that I post on my Instagram…I do show my boobies, my tush… I feel, they’re already out there if you Google ‘em.“
At the time of this writing, Denise Richards had almost 137K likes on OnlyFans and was charging $15 for the first 30 days. After that, it ramps up to $25 per month. She has 331 posts and it’s been estimated that she makes millions on the OnlyFans. In this way, Denise Richards getting nude is certainly paying off.
Meanwhile, Denise Richards’ daughter Sami is charging $19.99 per month and has her own brand of posting as well. So in this way, it does appear to be like mother like daughter.
Before Denise Richards went nude on OnlyFans, she had talked about having a “strained relationship” with Sami. The two had been at odds ever since Sami moved in with Ms. Richards’s ex, Charlie Sheen.
The two have even seemed to be in cahoots when it comes to actually promoting each other’s channels. Odd? Yes. But it seems to be profitable at least for now.

While Denise Richards didn’t shed a layer of clothing, as did many of the other young stars, her role was quite noticeable, though audiences probably were not ready for what was to come next.

Denise Richards’s very next role came in the erotic thriller, Wild Things. For her entire early career, Richards mainly played the “good girl” so her role in Wild Things was a definite departure, giving way to one of the more controversial scenes in the movie.
A swimming pool make-out session with fellow actress Neve Campbell. Of course, there was also their famous motel room three-way the two gals had with co-star Matt Dillon. In that one, Denise Richards went nude and was the talk of fans everywhere for quite a while. At the time, this was a clear departure for her and salacious, to say the least.
For Denise Richards’ part, her nudity in the film was negotiated by her lawyer at the time down to the very last detail. It was also said that in those negotiations if Richards didn’t feel comfortable performing those scenes that she could have asked for a body double.
Richards put her fears aside after going to Campbell’s trailer and downing an entire pitcher of margaritas. It was on, and then it was off.
DROP-DEAD GORGEOUS WAS HER NEXT MOVIE
After taking it all off in Wild Things, Denise Richards kept it on for her next film, the totally underrated comedy Drop Dead Gorgeous. But what was becoming apparent with Richards was that she was beginning to relish the role of the bad girl.
In the beauty pageant mockumentary Drop Dead Gorgeous, Richards played spoiled high school Becky Ann Leeman, who was entering a small-town beauty pageant going against rival Kirsten Dunst. Richards played her part to snobby, spoiled, nasty, comic perfection.
There were no Denise Richards nude scenes in this one, though she was still able to make some of the ridiculous pageant outfits look sexy.
SHE WAS A BOND GIRL IN THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH
With her newfound popularity, Denise Richards next found herself in the James Bond movie, The World is Not Enough. In the movie, she does have plenty of sex appeal, she is a Bond Girl after all, but Denise Richards didn’t get nude for the film. That’s not all that surprising considering the nature of these movies. Bond might have a time with the ladies, but the films haven’t always gone all the way with the nudity.
After that, Denise Richards stayed out of the nude spotlight, showing up in the underrated horror film Valentine, an episode of Friends, and then falling into Charlie Sheen’s web of craziness.

In 2001, Denise Richards met Sheen on the set of Spin City when Sheen took over for the ailing Michael J. Fox. She played Sheen’s girlfriend on the show, something that played out in real-time as the two first started dating, then engaged, before finally marrying on June 15, 2002.
Their relationship was tumultuous from the start, though the ex-couple has two children together. The legalities of their relationship, divorce, and child custody lasted 10 years before Richards and Sheen would find common ground. Their marriage, though, only lasted four.
In another strange affair concerning both Denise Richards and Sheen, Richards was awarded temporary custody of Sheen’s twins, who were born in 2009 to Sheen and his then-wife Brooke Mueller, for what Child Protective Services called an unsafe environment due to Mueller’s drug use.

During her ill-fated marriage to Sheen, Denise Richards continued to work. She co-starred with Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, and Luke Wilson in the unfunny The Third Wheel and found parts in movies such as Scary Movie 3 and the rom-com Love Actually.
Denise Richards avoided getting nude for these films, though again, the sex appeal was more than there. She continued to make poor decisions by starring in movies like The Life, Blonde and Blonder, and Deep in the Valley. Her movie career, like her personal life, was becoming a bit of a circus sideshow.
