Christina Hendricks always knows how to bring class and style, whether it’s for a night out or a day of archery. The actress took to Instagram to post a recent night on the town where she sipped some wine in stockings, hung out with friends, and generally seemed to have a good time. Check out her post below:

Since her breakout role in Mad Men, Christina Hendricks has appeared in pivotal roles in projects like the thriller The Neon Demon, the Amazon Prime series The Romanoffs, and her NBC series Good Girls. After Good Girls ended in 2021, we haven’t seen Hendricks in too many new projects. Her most recent project was the film The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry, which came out in 2022.

The Storied Life of A.J. Fickry follows the titular character after his wife has died and his rare edition of Edgar Allen Poe poems was stolen from his bookstore. He receives a mysterious package allowing him to start his life over. The film was directed by Hans Canosa and starred Kunal Nayyar, Christina Hendricks, Lucy Hale, Scott Foley, David Arquette, Lauren Stamile, Mia Sinclair Jenness, and more.

Other than The Storied Life of A.J. Fickry, Christina Hendricks’s other most recent project was on the animated show Solar Opposites. The animated Hulu original series follows an alien family moving from their home planet to middle America. Hendricks has appeared in multiple episodes of the series, including the recent third season, as the character Cherie.

Due to recent allegations, Solar Opposites star and creator Justin Roiland was dropped from the series. Roiland was also kicked off Rick and Morty and Koala Man, which has led many people to wonder if there would be more seasons of these shows. However, all of these series are set to move on with Roiland, so there’s a good chance we can look forward to Christina Hendricks coming back for the fourth season.

Along with her presumed ongoing role on Solar Opposites, we can also expect to see Christina Hendricks in a new project in 2023. Variety reported that Hendricks was cast in the untitled Apple TV+ drama based on the unfinished Edith Wharton novel The Buccaneers. The new show is set to be written and created by Katherine Jakeways, with Susanna White attached to direct.

This will undoubtedly be one of Christina Hendricks’ biggest projects since Good Girls ended, and it will be awesome to see her in another drama series. The series follows a group of young American girls in 1870s London whose fun-loving culture clash with the more buttoned-up wealthy London elite. The young girls known as ‘buccaneers’ are meant to seek posh English husbands, though their hearts may be set on other things.

Christina Hendricks will play the role of Mrs. St. George, the mother of buccaneers Nan (Kristine Froseth) and Jinny (Imogen Waterhouse). The rest of the cast includes Alisha Boe, Josie Totah, Aubri Ibrag, and Mia Threapleton. Stay tuned for more news on this series and Hendricks’ other upcoming projects.
