Channing Tatum shared a first-look photograph from his upcoming film, Magic Mike's Last Dance with co-star Salma Hayek caressing his chiseled abs.
Salma Hayek is undoubtedly the envy of every girl on Instagram after she shared a sexy image that shows her caressing a set of abs belonging to none other than hunky actor Channing Tatum. The photo is an official still from the upcoming movie Magic Mike’s Last Dance, which is the hotly anticipated and purportedly final installment in the hit film franchise. A caption from the Academy Award-nominated actress reads, “A tease of what’s to come in theaters this Valentine’s Day weekend.”
Although we’re not entirely sure what’s going on in the photo, Salma Hayek appears to be enjoying the moment. With her eyes closed, she has her right hand placed gently on her male co-star’s upper torso. Meanwhile, Channing Tatum, who’s never been one to shy away from showing off his chiseled physique, uses one hand to lift the front of his shirt, while the other is placed softly over Hayek’s.
At 56 years old, Salma Hayek looks absolutely stunning in the image. Her dark, silky hair flows down to her shoulders as she sits upright in a blue chair with white patterns. Meanwhile, Channing Tatum also continues to defy his age, as he’s 42 years old and still appears as youthful as ever.
To date, Salma Hayek has shared nearly 2,100 posts to her Instagram page, indicating that she’s incredibly active on the social media platform. Not surprisingly, her latest photo featuring Channing Tatum has sent her followers into a frenzy. The actress posted the image just two days ago, and it’s already garnered close to 270,000 likes and nearly 2,000 comments from her loyal tribe of admirers.
In addition to Salma Hayek lighting up Instagram with the first photo from Magic Mike’s Last Dance, Channing Tatum also got in on the fun, sharing the image with his own 17 million followers on the social network. With a mere 165 total posts, Tatum isn’t nearly as active as his female co-star on Instagram. When he does take the time to share an update, however, his fans go absolutely wild.
Magic Mike’s Last Dance is scheduled to arrive in theaters February 10th, 2023, and in addition to Salma Hayek and Channing Tatum, the sequel stars Gavin Spokes, Caitlin Gerard, Christopher Bencomo, Ayub Khan-Din, and Juliette Motamed. Reid Carolin, who wrote both Magic Mike and Magic Mike XXL, also penned the script for the latest entry. Steven Soderbergh, who helmed the first film in the series, is back in the director’s chair, taking back the reigns from Gregory Jacobs.
The upcoming sequel marks the first appearance by Selma Hayek in the Magic Mike series. The first film in the franchise was somewhat of an unexpected hit for Warner Bros., grossing $168 million globally from a budget of just $7 million while the second entry, Magic Mike XXL, brought back Channing Tatum as the titular character and it earned a world-wide total of $118 million with a slightly larger budget of $14.8 million. Considering the combined star power of Hayek and Tatum, it’s safe to say Magic Mike’s Last Dance will prove to be another hit for the studio.
