TMNTParamount Pictures (3:00pm – 4:00pm, Hall H)
Paramount hasn’t announced any specifics about who or what will be in their Hall H presentation on Thursday, but likely possibilities include the Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Project Almanac, Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar, and maybe even the new Terminator flick. Might be worth the time you’ll have to wait in line…

Star Trek at 50: From “The Cage” to Today (4:00pm – 5:00pm, Room 23ABC)
On hand to discuss the legacy and future of Gene Roddenberry’s iconic franchise will be — deep breath — moderator Mark A. Altman (Free Enterprise), Access Hollywood film critic Scott Mantz, Star Trek: Enterprise producer David A. Goodman, author Marc Cushman (These Are the Voyages,Volumes 1-3), journalist Ed Gross, Robert Meyer Burnett (producer, Star Trek: The Next Generation Blu-rays), author Jeff Bond (The Music of Star Trek), actor Vic Mignogna (Captain Kirk, Star Trek Continues), and actress Chase Masterson (Deep Space Nine).

A Universe of Terror Drawn to One Panel: Aliens, Predator, Prometheus, and Beyond (6:00pm – 7:00pm, Room 9)
I’m hugely excited for Dark Horse’s upcoming line of interconnected comics set in the Aliens/Predator/Prometheus universe, so if I was going to be at Comic-Con this year, this panel would be near the top of my life. The comics are still weeks away from hitting shelves, but Dark Horse editor-in-chief Scott Allie will be on hand to provide a preview, along with writers Chris Roberson (Aliens), Joshua Williamson (Predator), Christopher Sebela (Aliens vs. Predator), and the Prometheus team of Paul Tobin and Juan Ferrerya.
