Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War’s third cour is titled The Conflict, and this certainly seems like an apt description. The second cour, The Separation, ended on a cliffhanger as the war between the Soul Reapers and the Quincy came to a head. Quincy Emperor Yhwach and Ichibe were gearing up for their long-awaited and highly-anticipated battle, and it seems like cour three will pick up right where the cliffhanger left off as they begin their fight.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part Three will also see Ichigo, Yoruichi, Chad, and Orihime continue to make their way back to the Soul King Palace to try and stop Yhwach once and for all. As if these battles weren’t hype enough, the trailer also gave us glimpses of the returning characters Aizen, Grimmjow, and Nelliel.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War finally gave fans their wish of having the final arc adapted in 2022, and it’s been an amazing ride ever since.

As the big bad and final antagonist of the original anime and manga, Aizen is one of the most important characters in Bleach and one that fans look forward to seeing more of.
