Welp, Jack Black just did the most Jack Black thing ever. If you had “Jack Black singing Taylor Swift in his underwear at a strike fundraiser” on your 2023 bingo card, congratulations. Not only are you oddly clairvoyant, but you also won the internet for the day.

Jack Black stripped down to his underwear and belted out his version of Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero” at a SAG-AFTRA fundraiser.

The eccentric Tropic Thunder actor performed his underoo boogaloo at the recent “Give Back-ular Spectacular!” event to raise funds for those affected by the SAG-AFTRA strike. The 54-year-old entertainer had just finished a stand-up set at the October 25th event when he decided to strip down to his skivvies and take requests from the crowd.

After hearing a crowd member shout out “Anti-Hero,” Jack Black started serenading the crowd with an acapella version of the Taylor Swift hit.

The fundraiser was held at the Orpheum Theater in LA and featured performances from Janelle James, Halle Berry, Bryan Cranston, Rachel Bloom, Levar Burton, and several other A-list entertainers.

Black belted out the 2022 pop song’s most famous line, “It’s me, hi, I’m the problem, it’s me.” followed by some of his famous”rigga-digga-doo” style scat singing. The impromptu cover was accompanied by a little dance that can only be described as Jack Black-esque. At least one audience member got the performance on camera, and the rest is YouTube history.

Jack Black, however, was the only celebrity to punctuate their performance with a striptease—much to the delight of any audience members who love Taylor Swift and Dad bods equally.

Singing onstage is nothing new for Jack Black. While mostly recognized as an actor, Black has been one half of the musical duo Tenacious D for almost 30 years. Black and fellow musician Kyle Gass typically perform heavy metal-style songs on acoustic guitar—a unique sound that only a few bands like Tenacious D and Starship Destroyer have ever done successfully.

On the acting side of things, Jack Black has several projects in the works, including a sequel to his beloved Kung Fu Panda series, Kung Fu Panda 4.

The Give Back-ular Spectacular! marked the second time this month that Jack Black has gotten up on stage to perform a cover of a popular song. Black attended a 100th birthday party for Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello’s mother earlier this month. While there, the unconventional crooner belted out a 1980 Ozzy Osbourne classic, “Mr. Crowley,” while backed by a band of kids.

The group of mostly 12 and 13-year-olds included Tom Morello’s son, Roman Morello. The elder Morello posted footage of the performance on his Instagram account. Jack Black, backed by a band made of musically talented children, looked like a scene straight out of the actor’s 2003 film School of Rock.

On the acting side of things, Jack Black has several projects in the works, including a sequel to his beloved Kung Fu Panda series, Kung Fu Panda 4. In post-production is the long-awaited video game adaptation Borderlands, in which Black voices the robotic comic relief Claptrap. If we learned anything from this year’s Super Mario Bros. movie, it’s that Jack Black’s voiceover game is strong, so he should make the perfect Claptrap.

The real question is, does he do his voiceover work in only his boxers?
