It can be easy to walk into your favorite fast food restaurant and order the same-old, same-old each and every time. These chains have made it so that the most popular menu items are often the longest-lasting as well. But it’s worth it to, every once in a while, explore some of the specialty burgers on the fast food menus. Some are just for a limited time as well.

Burger King doesn’t go nuts with the specialty burger offerings, mostly because they don’t really have to. The classics they offer do the trick on just about every visit. And there’s a reason it’s becoming a pretty popular item. The flavor is as good as it gets on this list.
Shake Shack Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger
Shake Shack has all kinds of great burger menu options and it was a bit tough to pick which one would land at the top. But there’s a reason this is among the fan favorites out of all the burger fast food chains going. They have the ShakeSauce going here and the huge burger is topped with cheese, onions and a special bourbon bacon jam which is actually made with Maker’s Mark.
