See Alison Brie Show Off A Transparent Mesh Dress
Alison Brie is on the press circuit for her latest movie, but we can't stop staring at her in this stylish mesh dress.
Fresh off the back of the release of her new film, Spin Me Round, Alison Brie is busy on a press tour promoting her new film. As a part of that press tour, Bire was interviewed by Schön! Magazine, where, along with discussing her new film, working with frequent collaborator Jeff Baena and a Community reunion, Brie also took part in an amazing fashion shoot for the magazine. The star has shared some of her favorite snaps from the fashion shoot with Schön, led by an incredibly chic mesh dress, which can be seen below.
“Sometimes you just gotta lay down and chill,” writes Alison Brie in the caption to the post above, accompanying her witty remark with a hashtag celebrating her film Spin Me Round and tagging her interviewers, Schön! Magazine, a London-based fashion and culture publication with a strong former on the former, hence Brie’s stunning mesh dress look. The dress is courtesy of Indian-American Fashion Designer Naeem Khan, with make-up by Molly Greenwald and hair styling by Clariss Rubenstein.
In the Instagram post, Alison Brie shared two more looks shot in what appears to be an old stately home. The first is a simple, elegant black dress from the world-renowned fashion brand Dolce & Gabanna. The second look is a silk pink dress from Monique Lhullier, a Filipino-French fashion designer who founded her eponymous brand in 1996, that specializes in Bridal wear, along with lifestyle fashion items and accessories. Alison Brie’s look is accentuated not only by the Monique Lhullier dress but by all three of the fashion brands she dons in the Instagram post, producing a set of wonderful photos.
As well as taking part in an awesome fashion shoot, Alison Brie is also asked about the latest happenings in her career by Schön! Magazine, including the aforementioned Spin Me Round film. Spin Me Round was co-written by Brie with writer-director Jeff Baena, whom Brie has collaborated with three times previously. Brie also plays the lead role in the film, Amber, who wins an all-expenses trip to Italy backed by the restaurant chain that employs her, where she meets its eccentric owner and gets embroiled in a plot of romance and mystery. The film opened in cinemas and on AMC+ on August 19th.
However, perhaps the biggest talking point of Alison Brie’s interview with Schön! Magazine was the potential of a Community reunion. The fan-favorite comedy series arguably helped Brie’s rise to superstardom as she portrayed Annie Edison in all six seasons of the Emmy Award-winning show that followed a group of adults at community college. Brie starred alongside the likes of Donald Glover, Joel McHale, and Danny Pudi and there have been recent talks of the cast reuniting for a feature film continuation of the beloved show. Whether or not a Community film is really on the cards remains to be seen, but two things remain certain, Alison Brie is an unquestionable talent both in front of the camera and when lending her hand to a screenplay as well as being the perfect muse for a wonderfully creative and elegant fashion shoot.
