See Zoe Saldana In A Stunning Gold Dress

Zoe Saldana can pull off just about any look — from being the daughter of Thanos to a blue alien cat species — but it’s also great to see her go for something more subtle. Her recent Instagram post does exactly that, as she stuns in a simple yet elegant gold dress. The look is perfectly pulled together with a plant placed in her tied-back hair.
It’s honestly surprising that Zoe Saldana even has the time to grace us with an Instagram pic, considering the packed schedule she’s had this year. Her Netflix mini-series From Scratch recently hit the streaming platform and featured Saldana as an American woman falling in love with a Sicilian man. And that’s not even the only project she had in 2022, as she also had roles in The Adam Project and Amsterdam.
Hopefully, we’ll also get to see Zoe Saldana appear in one of her best roles as Gamora before the end of the year in The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special. The trailer just dropped and while Gamora is mentioned, we don’t see her at all and her name isn’t mentioned in the credits. Still, you have to think such an important member of the team would have to show up in some capacity, especially when Kevin Bacon is around.
Even if Zoe Saldana doesn’t pop up in pear in one of her best roles as Gamora before the end of the year in The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special we can definitely expect to see her in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 when it comes out in 2023.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be the last time James Gunn works on Guardians movie with this MCU team, so we expect it will be a fitting send-off for Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Rocket (Bradley Cooper), Groot (Vin Diesel), Drax (Dave Bautista), Nebula (Karen Gillan), Mantis (Pom Klementieff), and Gamora. The film will also feature some new faces such as Chukwudi Iwuji’s High Evolutionary and Will Poulter’s Adam Warlock.
Even if Zoe Saldana’s time in the MCU comes to an end after the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, she’s still got another massive blockbuster franchise to work on with Avatar. Avatar: The Way of Water will see her reprising her role as Neytiri for the first time since the first movie hit theaters in 2009. Avatar: The Way of Water follows Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri years after the events of the first film as they work to protect their new family from a familiar threat.
After Avatar: The Way of Water, James Cameron has at least three more Avatar films planned with Zoe Saldana set to be in all of them. In other words, Saldana will be plenty busy in the coming years as the Avatar sequels are set to be released throughout 2028. If you want to see the next chapter of the story, you can see Avatar: The Way of Water when it hits theaters on December 16.
