Who knows if we’ll ever get to see a big-budget, live-action Halo on movie screens. It’s been in the works a few times in past years, but has always managed to collapse and settle back into development hell. In the meantime, at least Halo fans have gotten some damned impressive live-action Halo trailers over the years. Now Microsoft has taken that impressive track record to the next level with the Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn web series. With a jaw-dropping $10 million budget, Forward Unto Dawn stretches across five installments. And whaddya know: we’ve got all five installments embedded below for your convenience.

Forward Unto Dawn is a prequel to the upcoming Halo 4 videogame, which hits shelves tomorrow, November 6th. It launches a planned new Halo trilogy from developers 343 Industries. If you spring for the Limited Edition of Halo 4, you’ll also get a 90-minute extended cut of the webseries, or you can wait and buy it separately on Blu-ray and DVD on December 4th.
