A new god of Thunder is coming to town next year, and we have a glimpse at how she will look. As Thor: Love and Thunder wrapped filming earlier this month, the cast and crew got some merch to celebrate completing the film. One shirt popped up on the Internet showing Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and Natalie Portman as Mighty Thor.

Check out the first official look at Natalie Portman as the Mighty Thor in the newest film in the series:

Natalie Portman has been missing from the Marvel Cinematic Universe since her appearance in 2013’s Thor: The Dark World. When director and writer Taika Waititi was set to return after doing Thor: Ragnarok, it was announced that the actress would reprise her role as Jane Foster and would have a more significant role outside of being a love interest by getting powers to become Thor’s superhero counterpart. We did hear about her in Endgame when Thor was explaining the reality stone to his universe-saving coworkers. Later, when he and Rocket went back in time to Asgard to retrieve it, we saw the actress, but only because of editing techniques that made it seem like she stepped foot on set to shoot. Instead, it was unused footage from Thor: The Dark World, and director Joe and Anthony Russo had her do some voice work.

While the merch has most of its colors muted in black and grey, with only some colors popping out like Natalie Portman’s red cape, it looks on par from the comic books. In particular, the sleeveless chest piece and her recognizable helmet are straight from the pages that comic book readers would know dearly.

Natalie Portman is not the only big name to appear in the film. The cast is quite stacked outside of its normal appearances. Chris Pratt and Karen Gillian reprise their roles as Star-Lord and Nebula as we lost saw Thor with the Guardians, so this film will most likely show the Norse God leaving behind his new friends to meet up with the Asgardian people. Christian Bale will make his return to the comic book movie genre, with this being his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the ex-Batman actor who will play the villain Gorr the God Butcher. The other fresh face to pop up will be Russel Crowe as Zeus, who spilled the beans about the news on an Australian talk show called JOY Breakfast with The Murphies.

Love and Thunder is keeping its plot under wraps. We don’t know how Gorr the God Butcher will get involved or what we will see with Valkyrie being the new leader of the Asgardians. The biggest question is reuniting Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster with her Titan-killing ex-boyfriend. The comics have her get cancer, and Mjolnir not only saves her life but enhances her greatly to become Mighty Thor. Based on Marvel weaving together iconic comic storylines and new ideas that differ from the source material, it is possible that the fourth installment of the Thor franchise could do something new with the character. Knowing the direction of Ragnarok, it will be a stylistically comedic take, similar to what James Gunn did with his Guardians of the Galaxy movies.
