One Piece Anime Finally Stops The One Thing Everyone Hated

There will be no filler storyline in the One Piece anime series once the Wano arc ends. Rather than featuring filler episodes, the story will seamlessly transition into the Egghead Island arc, starting with episode 1085. The news was shared by the One Piece Spoilers account on X, which also revealed tiles for episodes 1079 to 1082.

The Wano arc was first mentioned in Chapter 450 of the One Piece manga, created by Eiichiro Oda. Wano Country is a closed-off, isolated nation in the world of One Piece, inspired by feudal Japan. It is a land ruled by the oppressive shogun, Kurozumi Orochi, and the pirate emperor, Kaido, who have turned Wano into a place of suffering and exploitation.

The Straw Hat Pirates, led by Monkey D. Luffy, arrive in Wano to rescue their friend, Roronoa Zoro, who has been separated from the crew. They soon become involved in the larger conflict brewing in Wano. The main objective of this arc is to liberate Wano from the tyrannical rule of Orochi and Kaido and to uncover the truth about the country’s history.

The Kozuki Clan, led by Kozuki Oden, plays a central role in Wano’s history. Oden’s children, Momonosuke and Hiyori, are also key characters in the One Piece story arc along with the Nine Red Scabbards. These powerful samurai served under Kozuki Oden and were determined to avenge his death by taking down Orochi and Kaido.

Kaido is one of the Four Emperors of the Sea and the main antagonist of the arc. He is a fearsome dragon-human hybrid with immense strength. Orochi is the cunning, ruthless shogun of Wano and a puppet ruler manipulated by Kaido. The story explores themes of oppression, rebellion, and loyalty. It also delves into the mysteries of the world of One Piece and the hidden history of the Void Century.

The Egghead Island Arc

The upcoming Egghead Island arc, also known as the Future Island arc, is the first of the final saga of One Piece and is considered to be one of the most important, lore-heavy arcs in the series. The story is already in its final stages in the manga, which sees the Straw Hat Pirates travel to Egghead Island after spending time in the land of samurai.

The Egghead Island is dubbed the island of the future and is where the Straw Hat Pirates will find the last Road Poneglyph, which they need to get to the final island, Laugh Tale. The arc will deliver a lot of information about the secrets of the One Piece world and is considered to be one of the craziest and most intense arcs in the series.

There will be no more filler episodes in One Piece once the Wano arc has concluded.

The Egghead Island arc is expected to continue for a couple of months, according to GameRant. The next arc after Egghead Island will be Elbaf, a highly significant and teased story in One Piece, which holds mysteries, strong allies, and adversaries for the Straw Hat Pirates. The reveal of the Straw Hats’ next destination tells fans that Luffy and his crew will get away from their current predicament without too much trouble.
