Have you ever had one of those nights where you partied like it was your last night on Earth? The cast of the upcoming apocalyptic comedy This Is the End have certainly been in that situation, only the night of this particular shindig might actually be their last.

The June 12th release date for the latest from Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg, the duo behind Superbad and Pineapple Express, is quickly approaching, and though there have been a handful of trailers, and an online videogame, we’ve got the first television ad for the movie up above.

Starring Rogan, Jay Baruchel, James Franco, Danny McBride, Jonah Hill, and Craig Robinson, all playing fictionalized versions of themselves, This Is the End is the party to end the world. On the night of an all-out rager at James Franco’s house, the world decides that it is high time to end, and everything goes to hell. A bunch of other celebrities, including Michael Cera, Rihanna, Paul Rudd, Kevin Hart, and many more, bite it in the chaos.

From the look of this commercial, we could be dealing with the Rapture, with demons, some catastrophic geological event, a combination of the three, or maybe something completely different. Whatever the cause, the world is gone to hell—Emma Watson turns into an axe-wielding looter—as everyone fights to survive. Too bad these are pampered movie stars we’re talking about. They’re soft as hell, but they’re going to have to toughen up if they want to have any hope of survival.
