Star Trek Into Darkness poster
Star Trek Into Darkness is only a month or so away from warping into theaters, and today Paramount released a new UK poster featuring one-man weapon of mass destruction John Harrison (Benedict Cumberbatch), along with the ominous tagline, “Earth Will Fall.” I don’t know about Earth, but Harrison might fall if he doesn’t watch where he’s stepping in all that rubble.

Along with the poster, Paramount announced that folks in the UK will be able to buy tickets for the film beginning tomorrow morning, at 9:05 a.m. (local time, obviously). There’s no word yet on when early ticket sales will begin here in the States, but given that the UK is getting the movie a week before us, I wouldn’t be surprised to see US tickets go up next week.

A bunch of previously released images from the Trek sequel have also popped up online in higher-res versions, and you can check them out below.

Star Trek Into Darkness opens in the UK on May 9th, then hits US IMAX 3D theaters on May 15th, and regular theaters on May 17th.
