Robot Wine Rack Allows You To Flaunt Both Your Nerdiness And Wine Snobbery

It’s the age-old dilemma. You love to drink wine, but you don’t have the room for a wine cellar. What’s the cultured, discriminating wine aficionado to do? Sure, you could just store your wine in the cupboard, but imagine your embarrassment if one of your society friends caught you in the act? You might as well be drinking it out a cardboard box! Thankfully, for a moderate, one-time investment of $7,000, you can get a half-ton killer robot statue that doubles as a wine rack. It’s the best of all possible worlds!

The WineBot (patent pending) is the work of a Phoenix-area Craigslist user who has put this particular bit of awesome up for sale, listed for the aforementioned seven grand. Standing at six feet tall, the WineBot weighs approximately 1,000 pounds, can hold up to 32 bottles, and is constructed from automobile and motorcycle transmission parts. The seller doesn’t mention if the purchaser is responsible for transportation or if the WineBot will smash through the front wall of your home after murdering and/or forcibly inebriating everyone in his path along the way.

Say, wait a minute…yesterday we told you about that Skynet billboard in Tucson…and now there’s a fierce-looking WineBot up for sale in Phoenix. It’s begun! I’ll be in my bunker if you need me.
