If Doctor Seuss Wrote Star Wars Books

We’ve got a new artist to bookmark, a talented DeviantArtist named DrFaustusAU. While you may not have heard of him, you may have seen some of his bouncing around in a viral manner a few months ago when people were forwarding along his Dexter/Dr. Seuss mash-up. Well, some of the Doc’s latest work continues the Seuss theme by imagining Star Wars children books as illustrated by the late and beloved Theodore Geisel. For instance, isn’t it time everybody’s favorite trash-pit dwelling monster spends a little time in the spotlight? Or what about the bounty hunter, Dengar? Why should Boba Fett get all the attention?

DrFaustusAU has plenty more good stuff in his DA gallery, including a full version this Seussical bit of eldritch horror. He’s even done a full interior for the book below, in masterful Seuss style. Nice work, Doc.
