Do you like Doctor Who? Odds are, if you’re reading this, then you probably do. Do you like imbibing adult beverages? Again, odds are, you probably do. However, the real question isn’t just if you like drinking. In this particular instance, you should ask yourself if you like drinking to the point of potential alcohol poisoning. Because if you play this new Doctor Who drinking game, you may very well be on your way to a lost evening, some mystery wounds, and cirrhosis of the liver.

There’s no way around it, if you and your friends indulge in “Doctor Who the F@*k Drank the Last Beer,” the 30th Drinking Games for Nerds from The Warp Zone, it’s going to hurt. You should probably play it on a night when you don’t have to work the next morning, and preferably one where you don’t have to be up for anything at all. We’re talking a 21st birthday level of annihilation here. Make sure to have some Gatorade and lots of water handy.

The rules are simple, but many. You drink when the opening theme plays, if there are any special guests, any time someone dies, and whenever the Doctor uses his sonic screwdriver or psychic paper. But we’re far from done. When the Doctor says, “I’m the Doctor,” uses any of his catch phrases, or any character says the name of the show, take multiple drinks. If someone mentions that the TARDIS is “bigger on the inside,” you guessed it, drink. But don’t use it as a pick-up line, because that’s creepy and gross.

There are more, but the kicker, the one that is really, truly going to ruin your morning, is that you drink any time a Dalek says, “Exterminate!” And we all know how much those little dudes love exterminating. Get a bunch together, and that spells trouble. There are episodes where this rule alone will send you off into a drunken stupor. If you can, maybe you should consider skipping over the more Dalek-heavy episodes.

So there you have it. If you’re brave, bored, and preferably have someone to take care of you and bring you things the next day, have fun with “Doctor Who the F@*k Drank the Last Beer.” Maybe it will help ease the pain of Matt Smith leaving the show. Enjoy. Be safe.
