UnityAssassin’s Creed: Unity Demo and Q&A
The fall approaches, so that means it’s just about time for yet another Assassin’s Creed title to drop. Even if you’re suffering from franchise fatigue, Unity looks well worth your eyeballs’ attention since it’s set in a massive digital recreation of Revolutionary Paris, and it features drop-in multiplayer so your buddies can help you stab some aristocrats in the face. The named guests are a bit unexpected: rocker/filmmaker Rob Zombie and Walking Dead co-creator Tony Moore will apparently be premiering a new Assassin’s Creed animated short they made. People who actually worked on the game will be answering questions as well, but apparently whoever wrote the Comic-Con panel description didn’t think they deserved to be name-checked. (Rude!)

Halo: The Master Chief Collection Panel (10:15am – 11:15am, Room 6BCF)
Halo fans are still waiting for more details on Halo 5, but this fall they’ve got the Master Chief Collection to look forward to. It will bundle together the first four (numbered) Halo games, all upgraded for next-gen Xbox One playability, including upgraded classic multiplayer modes. 343 Industries will be dishing on the Master Chief Collection — and who knows, maybe Halo 5 — at this panel. Guests will include executive producer Dan Ayoub, senior producer Dennis Ries, and franchise director Frank O’Connor, along with original Halo 2 multiplayer designer, Max Hoberman.
