It’s Friday! Another week has gone by and now it’s time for two new episodes of SyFy’s web series, Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome. Episodes seven and eight are now available to watch as the new series starts to come to a close. Tensions are high as a secret mission has the BSG crew seeking shelter on an ice planet during a storm. But when they are found by Cylons, their mission turns bloody.

We get a lot of action in these two episodes as we finally get to watch more human-on-toaster fight scenes. Blood and Chrome has been doing a great job moving the narrative along while ramping up the action as each episode unfolds.

We only have two more episodes left before the entire series is complete. But don’t fret, Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome will return this February on SyFy when it airs the two-hour unrated, uncut, and uninterrupted TV special featuring the entire web series as one long Battlestar Galactica movie.

The conclusion of Blood and Chrome will be bittersweet. We finally have new episodes and more mythology from the Battlestar Galactica universe, but it’s not the most ideal way to watch the new content. Hopefully, the success and high ratings of the complete Blood and Chrome TV event will make SyFy reconsider adding another Battlestar Galactica series on its network. There’s a rampant BSG fan base out there, and SyFy just needs to tap into that.
