Paramount+ is one of the best places to go if you are a fan of binging some of the most popular tv shows available today. And if you are a fan of Teen Wolf, the studio has hit you with a whole barrel of good news to get you excited about the future. There’s a new trailer for the sequel Teen Wolf: The Movie and a long-awaited sneak peek at what fans can expect from their spin-off, Wolf Pack. While there is a lot to look forward to with the spin-off of the popular werewolf series, perhaps the most exciting part is the return to peak Sarah Michelle Gellar.

The clip sees the veteran actor inquiring about a sighting the other actor in the clip, James Martinez, seems to have experienced. The pair discuss the possibility of it being a normal animal, something with fangs, claws, fur, and eyes, with Sarah Michelle Gellar’s delivery hanging on the word eyes. They also discuss that if it is an animal, it means they can hunt it and kill it, just like they can with any animal.

Sarah Michelle Gellar has had a long career in the business with some quality projects like I Know What You Did Last SummerCruel Intentions, and Scooby Doo. However, her biggest project by far is her run as the lead role in the thrilling supernatural series, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She endeared herself to fans with her role as the reincarnation of the legacy of vampire hunters defending their small town from the opening to Hell, all while dealing with the horrors of high school.

Meanwhile, James Martinez has had a career that has been a little more under the radar, with brief appearances in series like Breaking BadBlue BloodsThe Blacklist, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. However, his longest-running role was as Armando Salazar in Love, Victor. He has also found his way into the soundtrack of one series he appeared in by performing “Total Eclipse of the Heart” in One Day at a Time

The two appear together in one episode so far of the Teen Wolf spin-off, Wolf Pack, which sees Sarah Michelle Gellar as an investigator looking into mysterious circumstances following a wildfire. The series follows four teenagers who start to experience the effects of their wounds under the light of a full moon, turning them into werewolves. The return to the supernatural seems to be exactly what fans of the Buffy actor have been waiting for.

Added to her starring role, Sarah Michelle Gellar talks about her approach to the set as an executive producer. Having learned from her and others’ terrible experiences on the set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which came to light after accusations of mistreatment by Joss Whedon, Geller is dedicated to keeping the teenage actors safe. She requires all producers to go through her to speak with the teenagers, wanting to avoid them from experiencing the same. Now they are hoping the result is a phenomenal show with a safe environment.
