English singer and actress Rita Ora can be seen pushing herself to the limit at the gym on her most recent Instagram post. In the seven-photo carousel, we get to see the Twist actress do some twisting of her own on the final slide in which she’s lying on the ground after what appears to be a series of lengthy and rigorous workouts with her personal trainer. Asserting that she’s not one to skip leg day, Ora can be seen engaging in a series of squats while showing us that she takes her fitness regimen seriously.

As seriously as Rita Ora takes her trips to the gym, it’s clear that she’s having a lot of fun while toning her body, which is in excellent shape. After pushing through seven vigorous squats with some pretty heavy-looking plates on the barbell, she can be seen straddling the bench and busting out a celebratory dance in her green one-piece body suit and sports bra. After a post-workout shower, the “Hot Right Now” singer can be seen in a white t-shirt with matching underwear taking a selfie in the bathroom mirror and showing off her excellent physique.

Rita Ora can also be seen performing an intimidating amount of kneeling crunches to keep her picture-perfect abs in top form, but only before getting her miles in on the exercise bike. We’re getting short of breath just watching the Fifty Shades actress get her miles in, and it’s not just because the workouts look tough. Considering how well-rounded she is at the gym, it just goes to show you that Rita Ora applies this same level of discipline to her singing and acting career.

Born Rita Sahatçiu, Rita Ora got an early start performing at open mic sessions at her father’s pub when she was preparing for her career as a solo artist. One of her first notable gigs was a cameo spot in Jay-Z’s “Young Forever” music video in 2009. Shortly after, the aspiring artist released her debut album, aptly titled Ora. The album performed very well, with all four of its promotional singles breaking into the top 10 on the UK Singles Chart.

But dominating the music charts wasn’t enough of an accomplishment for Rita Ora, who already had some acting experience at the time. Having first made an appearance in the British drama series The Brief at just the age of 13 in 2004, she got back into acting as an adult in 2014, appearing in an episode of Funny or Die.

When Rita Ora approached the production crew of Fifty Shades of Grey in 2015 with the hopes of contributing to the soundtrack, the film’s director (Sam Taylor-Johnson) offered her the role of Christian Grey’s sister, Mia. Though this role was more than she initially asked for, Ora clearly did an excellent job on the acting front and reprised the role two more times in the sequels, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed. The latter sequel even featured her song, “For You,” which can be found on her 2018 album, Pheonix.

If she wasn’t already accomplished enough, Rita Ora recently announced her third studio album, You & I, which is slated for a July 14 release. Given how great of a shape she’s in, we can safely assume that we’ll see powerhouse performances when she sets out to perform tracks from the album in a live setting.
