When she’s not bogged down with her busy acting career, Katherine McNamara seems to enjoy traveling. Just recently, the sexy Arrowverse star took to Instagram to share a collection of photos and videos she captured while vacationing in Paris. McNamara is clearly having a wonderful time, describing the getaway as “exquisite and celebratory” in her caption on the post.
In the first photo, Katherine McNamara dons a vivacious black dress that features a plunging neckline and open back. She appears to be standing on a balcony outside of her hotel room, which overlooks a narrow street. She holds a glass of white wine as she looks over her shoulder at the camera with a soft smile.
The next piece of media in her Instagram post is a brief video featuring the beautiful star in a bright white robe. Katherine McNamara looks to be enjoying a breezy morning on the same balcony. She spins her phone around to show her followers the breathtaking views she was able to enjoy from her hotel room.
In addition to some of the other images she captured, such as a glimpse of the famous Eiffel Tower through the sunroof of a car and a fascinating statue inside of an unspecified museum, Katherine McNamara left our mouths watering with a picture of fruit spread she was preparing to enjoy.
She also snapped a photo from what appears to be a lounging area inside her luxurious hotel room. From the carpet, which features an intriguing pattern, to the leather couch, which is stacked with fancy throw decorative pillows, the space looks very inviting.
Although Katherine McNamara landed her first on-screen role in the 2007 short The Bride & the Groom, her big break came in 2009, when she appeared alongside industry veterans Angela Lansbury and Catherine Zeta-Jones in the Broadway musical A Little Night of Music. Since then, she has starred in several dozen films and television shows. Today, the 27-year-old actress is undoubtedly best known for portraying Clary Fray in the now-canceled television series Shadowhunters.
Adapted from the book series The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare, Katherine McNamara plays a teenager on the Freeform series, who discovers she comes from a long line of human-angel hybrids who hunt demons. The show was a moderate success for the network, and it managed to earn several awards during its time on the air. Shadowhunters ran for three seasons before it was canceled in 2019.
Katherine McNamara would later go on to star as Mia Smoak in multiple shows in The CW’s Arrowverse. Although she appeared as the cage-fighter-turned-superhero in Batgirl, Supergirl, and The Flash, she was featured most prominently as the character in Arrow. Sadly, all four shows have been canceled by the network.
Fortunately, Katherine McNamara has a great relationship with The CW, as she currently headlines its series Walker: Independence. Set in the late 1800s, the actress stars as Abby Walker, an affluent and tough-minded Bostonian, whose husband is murdered before her eyes while on their journey out West.
