Jonathan Majors Shares Insane Workout Regimen For Ant-Man 3

Jonathan Majors shared the intense two-a-day workout regimen he has for Ant-Man 3 on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Jonathan Majors is getting mega-ripped for his upcoming movie roles and, unsurprisingly, his workout regimen sounds incredibly intense. Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Majors gave some insight into his training to be Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and said “you gotta wake up at 4:30 and go to the gym, and then go back to the gym at 7.” Not only is Majors already hitting the weights while most of us are sound asleep, but he also has to go back for another session in the evening.

Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conquerer is being set up as the next big bad of the MCU, following Josh Brolin’s reign as the mighty Thanos. However, Brolin probably didn’t have to train quite as hard considering Thanos was a CG character. Kang is all Majors all the time, so he has to look appropriately ripped to take on the world’s greatest heroes all by himself.

We first saw Jonathan Majors as a more peaceful version of Kang in Loki, when he was revealed as He Who Remains. When the chaos of the multiverse was unleashed, his unchecked variants are now able to run free. We’ll meet a more villainous variant of Kang in the upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

After Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, we’ll definitely be seeing Kang again in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. That film won’t be hitting theaters until 2025, so hopefully, Disney can ease up on Jonathan Majors and switch him up to a maintenance routine instead of keeping him doing a two-a-day workout for another few years. Majors definitely seems like a super athletic dude, but that would be hard for anyone to keep up.

Of course, Jonathan Majors is also getting jacked for another antagonist role in the upcoming Creed III. Creed III follows Michael B. Jordan’s Adonis ‘Donnie’ Creed as he faces off against a former friend from childhood who is making a resurgence in the boxing world. Majors is playing the former friend and he looks like he’s already been training a ton from what we’ve seen in the trailer.

Along with the exciting casting of Jonathan Majors as the antagonist, Creed III will also be the directorial debut of star Michael B. Jordan. Jordan takes over the role from Creed director Ryan Coogler and Creed II director Steven Caple Jr. This also will be the first Creed film that doesn’t feature Sylvester Stallone as Rocky Balboa, although Stallone will stay on as producer.

Along with Jonathan Majors and himself, Michael B. Jordan will be directing a cast that includes Tessa Thompson, Wood Harris, Florian Munteanu, Tony Bellew, Phylicia Rashad, Selenis Leyva, Thaddeus J. Mixson, Mila Davis-Kent, and Canelo Álvarez. The film features a screenplay by Keenan Coogler and Zach Baylin based on a story they co-wrote with Ryan Coogler. You’ll be able to catch Creed III on March 3, 2023.

You’ll be able to see if Jonathan Majors’ Kang training paid off when he appears in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania on February 17, 2023. The film also stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Kathryn Newton, Bill Murray, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Michael Douglas. In the meantime, you can check out the latest MCU entry Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in theaters now.
