See The Original Harry Potter Cast As Incredibly Cute But Also Very Creepy Babies

The cast of Harry Potter is rendered as adorable but creepy babies in new fan art.

Fans have been able to watch the original cast of Harry Potter grow up on the screen, and now they can see them as incredibly cute but creepy AI-generated babies. The talented artist benmornin used the new artificial intelligence tool Midjourney to create baby Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Grainger, and several other adorable cast members. While most of the cast look absolutely precious with their chubby cheeks, there is something eerie about how realistic the evil little Draco Malfoy looks.

AI-generated art is becoming increasingly more popular as technology evolves to make the content look even more realistic and life-like. Some people are using artificial intelligence to show the world what dead celebrities would look like if they were still with us, while others are creating total atrocities like an AI video of Will Smith horrifyingly eating spaghetti. Some things are just better left unseen…

The original cast of the Harry Potter film franchise has been at the forefront of art and memorabilia for decades, with a digital artist recently creating several artworks of them as anime characters. Perhaps this will inspire an anime spinoff series that fans would surely love.

In benmorin’s Instagram post of his new Harry Potter AI art, fans are overwhelmingly in love with the cute little characters, especially Ginny Weasley and tiny Hagrid. The post has received over 17,000 likes so far, with fans requesting to see baby Snape, the cast from The Umbrella Academy, and members of Destiny’s Child. The talented artist has also reimagined famous singers like Ozzy Osbourne and Mick Jagger as fantasy characters and pop singers like Taylor Swift and Beyonce as gorgeous fantasy heroines.

Creating art with artificial intelligence is fun and harmless, but the impending likelihood of increased deepfake videos is scaring some celebrities and with good reason. In the near future, Hollywood stars may need to register their faces with the United States Copyright Office to help prevent damaging deepfake videos. Bruce Willis, on the other hand, has already sold his likeness to be used for deepfake technology while he battles a future with aphasia.

This Harry Potter AI art comes at a time when fans are brimming with excitement over the announcement of a new Harry Potter series from HBO MAX. The new series will retell the stories from the original seven books, focusing on one book per season in order to dive deeper into the lore of the Wizarding World. Only time will tell if Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, and the rest of the original Harry Potter cast will make appearances in the new series.

However, if author J.K. Rowling continues to work on the new Harry Potter series, there may be some serious backlash from the fans and the cast. Emma Watson has already confirmed that she will not return to the franchise if J.K. Rowling is involved in any way. This is in protest to the author’s public stance against trans people and their rights, which has sparked much uproar within the Harry Potter fan community.
