That ’70s Show may have ended back in 2006, but the show is now being revived with a new spinoff/sequel series. This new series was initially only going to bring back Kurtwood Smith as Red Forman and Debra Jo Rupp as Kitty Forman, but the rest of the cast of the original sitcom signed on to appear in the show at some point. Now, the funniest character has finally signed on to return, as Don Stark aka Bob Pinciotti, will be appearing in That 90’s show as well.

In the above images, provided graciously by Entertainment Weekly, we can see Bob Pinciotti in his usual “hip” attire on the set of That ’90s Show. With Don Stark’s involvement, it means that most of the characters from That ’70s Show are now going to be having at least a cameo on the new sitcom series for Netflix. Well, that is except for Danny Masterson (Hyde), who was just on trial for alleged rape, and Lisa Robin Kelly (Laurie Forman), who tragically passed away.

That ’90s Show follows Eric and Donna’s daughter, Leia, as she spends the summer with Red and Kitty. Leia is a bit of a loner but makes friends with the next-door neighbor, and a group of kids that resemble the original gang from That ’70s Show. While staying with Red and Kitty, Leia gets exposed to the many characters from Point Place, Wisconsin, which will now include Bob Pinciotti making his triumphant return to That ’90s Show.

Bob Pinciotti is the most recent cast announcement for That ’90s show, but his big involvement follows the news that Tommy Chong would be returning as Leo, as he let slip out while doing an interview recently on Facebook. We honestly can’t wait to see how the other classic characters are going to be involved in the show, and we hope that Ashton Kutcher’s Kelso is still as oafish as he was in the original series. With the way that Netflix also cancels shows, we are glad that this series is going to be moving forward.

That ’70s Show became one of the most popular sitcoms of the 1990s, as the witty and sarcastic humor was carried in every episode of the series. Though the series suffered when Topher Grace (Eric) took his leave, and the quality waned in the last few seasons, the series is still one of the funniest shows out there. All the seasons of the original series can be viewed on Peacock, though we would imagine that Bob Pinciotti and That ’90s Show are going to make their way to Netflix, considering the new series will be steamed there exclusively.

Everyone can see Bob Pinciotti, Leo, Donna, Eric, Kelso, Fez, Red, Kitty, and the rest of the new teenagers when That ’90s Show officially debuts on Netflix on January 19th. We would imagine there are going to be plenty of surprises along the way of the new series, including a soundtrack that had better involve some of the best hits from the 1990s.
