Power couple John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are about to make their Marvel Cinematic Universe debut courtesy of Disney+’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Our trusted and proven source has informed us the pair filmed a cameo for the series.

As far as when we can expect John Legend and Chrissy Teigen to show up on She-Hulk, we’re not sure. The show’s fifth episode–“Mean, Green, and Straight Poured Into These Jeans”–debuted this morning without a sign from them. Four more episodes will stream for Season 1, so we can expect Legend and Teigen to show up some time between next week and the second full week of October, when the Season 1 finale streams.

As for the narrative reason behind their appearance, we still don’t know that for sure. We could learn John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are looking for a new lawyer and She-Hulk (Tatiana Maslany) fits the bill. Considering how famous the green-skinned lawyer has already become to the MCU‘s citizens, it could be they’ll be two talking heads discussing the She-Hulk phenomena.

Then again, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen could show up on She-Hulk: Attorney at Law to teach the hero a dance that will leave a loud corner of fandom foaming at the mouth. The rapper Megan Thee Stallion had what has proven to be one of the most infamous cameos in the history of the MCU in Episode 3, “The People v. Emil Blonsky.” The post-credits scene featured She-Hulk and the rapper twerking together, which was too much for some fans to handle.

Actually, it could be that John Legend and Chrissy Teigen will appear on She-Hulk as a callback to the Megan Thee Stallion episode. The rapper appeared because Jennifer Walter’s former boneheaded co-worker had been fooled into believing he was dating her by a shape-changing Elf from New Asgard and he decided to take the pointy-eared culprit to court. Who’s to say the Elf, Runa (Peg O’Keef), won’t get up to her old shenanigans and start pretending to be other celebrities?

With the show’s irreverent tone, a John Legend and Chrissy Teigen cameo on She-Hulk would certainly fit, and the most recent episode pushes the hero deeper into celebrity status. Along with managing to recruit an elite fashion designer to make her suits capable of adjusting to her fluctuating physique, She-Hulk ends up having another highly publicized court battle with Titania (Jameela Jamil), but this one is fought without fists. After discovering last episode that Titania had trademarked “She-Hulk,” in today’s episode she has to take the antagonist to court to stop her from using the name to sell sham beauty and wellness products.

In whatever capacity John Legend and Chrissy Teigen appear in She-Hulk, the cameo will likely attract the same reaction just about everything in the series has: most fans will love it, and a vocal minority will find some arbitrary fault with it and beat it until it’s an entire herd of dead horses. Regardless, we’re curious to see exactly how and when the stars show up.
