Zendaya looks stunning in a floor-length sparkling gown with a train.
Zendaya slays in new Instagram pics. The Euphoria star posed on the red carpet in a sheer violet saree with floral decorations during a recent trip to India. The saree featured an impossibly long train which the 26-year-old beauty wore with grace and style, along with a gold bikini top underneath.
Zendaya was in Mumbai to attend the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) gala along with her boyfriend, Tom Holland, and celebrity stylist Law Roach. The gala was the first time Zendaya and Holland have been seen together in public since the Spider-Man: No Way Home premier in 2021. It was also the young starlet’s first appearance with Roach since the stylist announced he was retiring last month.
Zendaya thanked the designer of her sexy gown Rahul Mishra saying on Instagram, “It was an honor for @luxurylaw and I to wear your work yet again.” The actress had previously worn a Rahul Mishra custom design in 2020 for a Bvlgari event. Zendaya and Holland were far from the only celebs at the NMACC gala.
Penelope Cruze and Gigi Hadid were spotted at the event, Along with Priyanka Chopra. But Zendaya, in her hand-embroidered violet ensemble, was the clear stand out of the evening.
Meanwhile, the Dune actress’s beau was no slouch in the fashion department himself. Tom Holland showed up at the event dressed in a simple but classy tuxedo that would give James Bond a run for his money. It was a far cry from the skintight red and blue lycra bodysuit Holland wears when he’s swinging around the MCU as Spider-Man.
Next up for Zendaya is the sequel to Denis Villeneuve’s Dune. Dune: Part Two will see Zendaya once again acting alongside Timothee Chalamet’s Paul Atreides as well as a few newcomers to the franchise. Don’t Worry Darling‘s Florence Pugh and Elvis‘s Austin Butler will be joining the actress for the new installment out on November 3.
The only other project listed on Zendaya’s IMDb under upcoming is the Luca Guadagnino helmed Challengers. Challengers is a sports drama following three tennis players who played together as children as they compete against each other as adults. The movie is currently in post-production and is expected to be released on September 15.
Meanwhile, most hardcore Zendaya fans are waiting for one announcement and one only: Euphoria Season 3. While Season 3 of the HBO teen drama has been announced, there is not yet an official release date. COVID heavily delayed Season 2 of Euphoria, but with the pandemic waning, many hope Season 3 won’t suffer the same delays.
Judging by the quality of the first two seasons, Season 3 of Euphoria will be worth the wait, no matter how long it takes. Let’s just hope it doesn’t take too long. As HBO’s chief content officer, Casey Bloys, once remarked about the show, “I don’t think you want 30-year-olds playing [teenagers].”
In the meantime, fans can still turn to the star’s Instagram to get their daily Zendaya fix. The actress routinely posts mouth-watering pics like the ones above, proving once again that Tom Holland is a very lucky man.
