Sofia Vergara shared an intense workout on Instagram that shows the actress in an orange bodysuit.
From making glam statements on the red carpet to showcasing a classy casual style, Sofia Vergara adds a personal touch to every outfit. Now, in a dramatic change of pace, the actress shared a video of herself working out in an orange jumpsuit, giving fans a glimpse at what it takes to maintain her incredible physique. And from the looks of it, it’s not for the faint-hearted.
In the mini video shared on Instagram, Sofia Vergara can be seen doing side leg lifts while lying on a yoga mat. But to up her workout game, the actress has ankle weights strapped to each leg. She also has wrist support straps on her hands, indicating that this wasn’t the only portion of her workout. Her blonde hair with dark roots can be seen swept over her head so it doesn’t get in the way.
The gorgeous Sofia Vergara previously shared a sneak peek of her workout session alongside Natalia Botero. The IG story, which has since vanished, was accompanied by the words, “Sunday torture with this doll @natibotero7.” Her personal trainer re-shared the photo, saying via Hello, that it was a pleasure and proud moment to train her.
Natalia Botero is the creator of a series of online training classes called “Booty like an Apple.” She’s also a qualified functional trainer and a postural Alignment Specialist. Sofia Vergara is clearly impressed with her approach since she’s admittedly lacked the motivation to work out on the weekends. But the star says her attitude changed after she turned 40.
“I hit 40 and I started seeing softness everywhere on my body, she told Shape (via People) in 2020. The actress, who is now 50, said that was when she knew it was time to do something. But Sofia Vergara is so much more than a pretty face. In 2014, she was ranked as the 32nd most powerful woman in the world by Forbes. The actor, model, and accomplished businesswoman became a household name after appearing in Modern Family.
The hit ABC sitcom was a milestone for television as it sought to portray real modern families rather than all-white, hetero-normative nuclear families that were previously the standard. The actress will next be seen in Netflix’s upcoming crime drama called Griselda. The six-part series will feature Sofia Vergara as the lead character alongside Alberto Guerra as Dario, Vanessa Ferlito as Isabel, Alberto Ammann as Alberto Bravo, Christian Tappan as Arturo, and Diego Trujillo as German Panesso.
The show also features Paulina Davila as Carmen, Gabriel Sloyer as Diaz, Juliana Aidén Martinez as June, and Martin Rodriguez as Rivi. The Netflix series, starring and produced by Sofia Vergara, currently has no release date.
