Miley Cyrus has never been one to shy away from sexiness and salaciousness. The pop star has cultivated a sultry persona that fans have come to expect from her various musical projects. There have been plenty of provocative images of the singer over the years, and she decided to add to that gallery with a series of photos that celebrated Christmas this year.

It has been quite the rollercoaster ride with Miley Cyrus over the years and her decision to lean into a seductive attitude with her musical career. Most fans came to know the singer during her tenure on the Disney Channel television show Hannah Montana. Once Cyrus had stepped away from her kid-friendly persona and broke into the world of adult pop stars, she made a conscious decision to present herself as a sexually freed individual. This was considered controversial at the time but mostly due to her clean-cut image that had been maintained during her Disney days.
Now, it has become almost expected that Miley Cyrus will be pushing for a sense of lasciviousness in her music videos and ancillary material. However, she is no one-trick pony. She has also proven herself to be a capable actress with an appearance in the most recent season of Black Mirror and even a brief vocal cameo in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Will the pop singer continue to stretch her wings as a thespian? She obviously had plenty of training during her tenure on Hannah Montana, but it has been engaging to see her tackle more mature roles.
2020 has been a busy enough year for Miley Cyrus. She appeared on Saturday Night Live as the musical guest and also debuted new music videos that she herself directed.
