The 48-year-old British actress is well known for portraying beautiful dames in films such as Pearl Harbor and Serendipity along with physically strenuous roles in action films, like her popular role as Selene in the Underworld franchise. With all the extreme Hollywood demands on actresses to appear sleek, slim, and stylish, the Guilty Party actress continues to prove she has it all with her latest Instagram posts.

Yesterday, the Underworld alum posed in a matching white crop top and form-fitting skirt that featured an elegant floral pattern. The crop top was complete with dramatic puffy sleeves and a bow accent while her skirt defined her slim fit. Posing with her furbaby cat, Clive, dressed in a pink fluffy sweater from Christian Cowan’s Max Bone pet collection, Kate Beckinsale shared her look with her 5.1 million Instagram followers with the caption, “On our queen shit.”
To top off her at-home dress-up session, the opulent white outfit was accessorized with sparkly drop earrings and a chic black hair bow. Elevating the look, she added some impressively high silver platform sandals. The second photo in the post found Kate Beckinsale modeling for the camera with Clive perfectly posing on her lap and gave fans a closer look at the flawless actress’s face and glammed-up makeup. And for the coup de grace of the post, Kate topped her furry friend with a Christmas ornament depicting The Queen of England herself atop Clive’s head.
Kate Beckinsale’s post likely comes as no surprise for her followers. The style icon is notorious for posting quippy material that often features her beloved cats. Just a few weeks ago she posted a hilarious video to her Instagram where she not only showed off one of her classic looks and iconic black combat boots but also featured Clive dressed as Cinderella. Beckinsale spoke to People in 2019 and discussed her love for her feline friends. She also revealed that she adopted Clive when her daughter, Lily, was young. Now at an elderly age, Kate welcomes her other Persian, the young Willow into her home and she says the two have completely different personalities.
While her furbabies likely take up much attention from her Instagram followers, surely much of the attention is also on how the 48-year-old mother and actress remains as glamorous and youthful as ever. Speaking with Women’s Health earlier this year, Kate Beckinsale admitted that she wasn’t always keen on a healthy lifestyle. She revealed that it wasn’t until Michael Bay asked her to lose weight for her role in Pearl Harbor that she would fully embrace a more healthy lifestyle. As misogynistic as Bay’s demands were, Kate took a liking to her newfound love in diet and exercise. Similarly, working in high-demand roles as Selene in Underworld demanded she takes detailed care over her body. Beckinsale has even recruited celebrity fitness trainer Gunnar Peterson over the years to whip her into shape for roles. And as Kate ramps up for her work in upcoming films like El Tonto and Prisoner’s Daughter, it seems the actress has many more years to continue wooing her followers with her looks, and her cats.
