Later this month, she’ll appear in the Netflix serial killer mystery The Good Nurse, but while she waits to see how audiences react to her latest project, the gorgeous star has kept active on Instagram, sharing photos of herself in a variety of sexy outfits in sometimes even sexier photos. Recently, she took to the social media platform to post an image of herself in an unzipped denim shirt and her followers are going nuts.
In the photo, which features the caption “It’s a binge housewives and never leave the couch kinda weather,” Jessica Chastain appears content with life as she rests her head with her trademark, fiery red locks against a beige cushion. The star’s calm smile captures her youthful energy, and the lighting in the image radiates pure warmth. Although the denim piece is slightly unzipped, and she has the sleeves rolled up above her elbows, the picture is far less revealing than some of the other photos the actress has shared to her account.
The image featuring the actress in the denim top was just posted on Tuesday and already it’s amassed over 131,000 likes and close to 1,400 comments from her admirers. Jessica Chastain shared the same picture to Facebook, where it’s racked up over 19,000 reactions and nearly 400 comments, and it’s been shared around 100 times. Clearly, the post has drawn more attention on Instagram than Facebook, but the star is much more active on the former.
Speaking of her social media presence, Jessica Chastain has managed to accumulate over 4.7 million followers on her Instagram, with her post count nearing 2,000 since she hopped aboard the social network. On Facebook, she’s followed by over 1.8 million accounts, but again, she doesn’t post nearly as often as she does on Instagram. The actress is also growing her fanbase on TikTok, where her account is followed by around 970,000 users.
It’s obvious Jessica Chastain appreciates her loyal fans, as she does a tremendous job engaging with them across all of her social media pages. Aside from dazzling her online followers by being dressed in vivacious wardrobes and sexy poses, the star stays incredibly busy with her career as an actress. This year, she’s already appeared in two motion pictures including The 355 and Armageddon Time, the television miniseries documentary Reframed: Marylin Monroe, and the television series George & Tammy.
Next up, Jessica Chastain stars in the upcoming biographical thriller The Good Nurse alongside Eddie Redmayne, Kim Dickens, Noah Emmerich, and Malik Yoba. The story centers on an infamous caregiver who is implicated in the deaths of hundreds of hospital patients. The film is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on October 29th.
Looking ahead, the actress has two projects that are currently in post-production, Memory and Mothers’ Instinct. Jessica Chastain was recently announced as a cast member in the upcoming videogame adaptation The Division along with Jake Gyllenhaal. The project is in pre-production and a release date has not been set.
