Gal Gadot just turned in her “What I Did On Summer Vacation” report, via her latest Instagram post. The Wonder Woman actress posted a number of video clips showing her with family and friends, swimming in an infinity pool with an incredible view, and taking in the sun at a beach. Her well-deserved vacation comes as her last film, the Hercule Poirot mystery Death on the Nile, is a hit on streaming services including HBO Max and Hulu.

“My heart is full,” she said in the caption to the Instagram post to her over 87 million followers. “Got a big dose of my home, friends and family this summer. Miss you already.” It isn’t clear where the video was taken, but it appears at least some of it was at her home, with a few shots possibly coming from Israel, where her family still lives.

Either way, it looks like the 37-year-old actress enjoyed herself and is recharged for a busy fall. She’s going to need it: she just announced that the first look at her new film, Netflix’s Heart of Stone, will be a part of Netflix’s TUDUM event on September 24, a star-studded streaming event to promote the streaming service’s upcoming films and shows.

We don’t know much about Heart of Stone or when it will be released, as Netflix is keeping the film’s details under wraps. We do know Gal Gadot plays Rachel Stone, the film is a James Bond-like spy thriller from director Tom Harper (Peaky Blinders), and it also stars Jamie Dornan, Sophie Okonedo, and Matthias Schweighöfer (Army of the Dead). Back in March, she gave us a brief tour of the set via an Instagram post, which didn’t give us many clues as to what will happen in the film.

Thankfully, despite a lot of turmoil surrounding other DC Extended Universe (DCEU) films, Gal Gadot will be playing Diana Prince in Wonder Woman 3 and multiple upcoming projects, thanks to a new contract. Rumors abound that she will appear in one of the upcoming DC films, either Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (where we know Ben Affleck will appear as Batman once more) or Shazam! Fury of the Gods, which could tie into Diana’s Greek mythology background. Both of those films open next year.

Gal Gadot moved from being Israel’s representative at the 2004 Miss Universe pageant to acting in 2009, when she was cast as Gisele in Fast & Furious, the fourth film in the action franchise. She reprised the role in Fast Five (2011) and Fast & Furious 6 (2013). Her time serving in the Israel Defense Forces made her a natural in the film’s intense fight scenes.

In 2013, her life changed forever when she was cast as Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. That film made her an A-list star and a cornerstone of DC’s cinematic universe. She later founded Pilot Wave Motion Pictures, a production company for just about every upcoming Gal Gadot film project, including Cleopatra.

When she’s not conquering the world of film, Gal Gadot is often sharing glimpses of her life on Instagram, often with her husband, Israeli businessman Yaron Varsano, whom she wed in September of 2008. She also shares pictures and video of her three daughters. Gal Gadot recently launched Goodles, a healthy version of mac and cheese.
