It was the case this week when Gadot took to the social media platform to promote a food product that has her acting a bit odd when you consider the context. But paid sponsorships will often do that to a celebrity. In this one, Gadot is letting on her love for the brand Goodles which makes the easy-to-prepare fare. And the Wonder Woman actress walked through her process for making the meal. She had a bit of fun along the way as well. While it might be a bit tongue-in-cheek here about the sheer love for Goodles that Gal Gadot goes through in her video, there is something to be said for the effort. After all, this is one of the most famous celebrities out there getting a tizzy for what amounts to a kid’s meal, so the acting chops are on full display. And this isn’t the only Goodles partnership Gal Gadot has done on social media either. She had put out a rather trippy post a little more than a month ago that had the actress doing yoga and promoting the health benefits of the brand. This is an ongoing thing.
But there’s no doubt that Gal Gadot fans were here for this Instagram post. As of this writing, it had more than 386k likes on Instagram, a massive number even for someone with as big a following as the actress. And a big following is what she has. With more than 86.4 million followers, Gal Gadot ranks in the top 40 in the world for the largest accounts on the platform. There aren’t many more who get more eyeballs on Instagram than Gadot. So a partnership with the actress is worth quite a bit on the exposure alone. No wonder the excitement for a little Mac and cheese.
As for her non-commercialized Instagram work, Gal Gadot is plenty busy these days on the big screen. Last year she starred in Red Notice for Netflix alongside Ryan Reynolds and Dwayne Johnson. It ended up being the top-performing movie every for the social media platform, a massive hit thanks in large part to its three stars who are as big as they get. And coming down the pike Gal Gadot has plenty of high-profile movies in the works. She’s set to star as the Evil Queen in the live-action adaptation of Disney’s Snow White which has Rachel Zegler in the title role.
And that’s not all. Gal Gadot will also lead Heart of Stone which is being billed as a spy thriller. And she also has top billing in Irena Sendler. Plus, don’t forget Wonder Woman 3 and the long-awaited Cleopatra as well. Hope she can find more time for making simple meals.
