Elizabeth Hurley turned 57 last month, but if you’re looking for proof of that in images of the actress, you’re going to be looking for a while (which, in and of itself, won’t be unpleasant). The Austin Powers star continues to post jaw-dropping photos of herself on Instagram for her 2.4 million followers, and she made sure this week didn’t end without a new pic. In a white two-piece bikini, Hurley is enjoying the summer and giving the rest of us one more reason to enjoy it a little bit more.
She uploaded the photo to her official Instagram account late on Thursday. The photo shows her from behind, turning to give the camera a beautiful smile. It seems likely Hurley is enjoying the warmer weather in France, as she captions the post with “Chez moi this afternoon #blissfulsummer” followed by a pair of heart emojis. As far as exactly how Elizabeth Hurley manages to keep that incredible shape at the doorstep of her sixties, she did share at least one piece of her secret last week. Magazine, last Thursday Hurley shared a picture in her Instagram stories of her some old Brownie badges she’d earned including a cycling proficiency award. As you can see in that second snap above, she hasn’t given up on bicycles.
We’re still not sure exactly when we’re going to get to see Elizabeth Hurley showing off that form back on the big screen. According to Film New Europe, her upcoming fantasy/horror film The Piper wrapped filming in late 2020 however the movie’s IMDb page still lists it as being in post-production, and there’s no news on when it will be released. Based on the legend of the Pied Piper, The Piper is set in Hamelin, Germany. Hurley plays Liz Haines, an America schoolteacher who moves to Hamelin and experiences dark, disturbing visions after her daughter begins researching the origins of the Pied Piper story. Mia Jenkins (Hanna) plays her daughter Amy. Anthony Waller (An American Werewolf in Paris) stars in and directs the film from a story by Duncan Kennedy (Deep Blue Sea). Also appearing in the film are Jack Stewart (Outlander), Robert Daws (The Royal), Arben Bajraktaraj (Taken), Jurijs Djakonovs (WarHunt), and Alma Rix (World War Z).
