Elizabeth Hurley is ready to rock. The actress, model, and womenswear entrepreneur took to Instagram with a punk rock look as part of the Inner Elton challenge, a social media trend challenging people to post pictures of themselves channeling the pop star and tagging others with a call to do the same. The challenge aims to support the Elton John Aids Foundation.

To show off her inner Elton, Elizabeth Hurley donned black bottoms and a small black t-shirt reading in vibrant pink “The Bitch is Back”, a reference to the opening track of Elton John’s 1974 record Caribou. Her silver, star-shaped sunglasses perfectly echo the flashy fashion of the pop star, matched with glittering, silver thigh-high boots to cap off the retro charm.

Elizabeth Hurley wields a fur coat in hand, her beachy and voluminous hair splashing down her shoulders. The whole look is sexy, care-free, and very rock ‘n’ roll.

Hurley was challenged by her friend, Canadian filmmaker David Furnish. Furnish is the husband of Elton John and chairman of the Elton John Aids Foundation. To keep the challenge going, Elizabeth Hurley tagged her son, Damian Hurley, comedian David Walliams, and actress Suki Waterhouse.

The post is the latest example of Elizabeth Hurley outmaneuvering Father Time. She regularly posts age-defying photos, often showing plenty of skin while promoting sexy summer looks from her Elizabeth Hurley Beach swimwear collection.

Since the 1990s, Elizabeth Hurley has been one of the most striking forces of beauty in Hollywood. She got her start as an actress in the late 80s, and in the mid-90s she became the face of Estée Lauder.

Her role in 1997’s Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery rocketed her into mainstream fame. She followed the role up with popular films like Edtv and the Brendan Fraser-led comedy Bedazzled, in which she delivers one of her most iconic performances as the Devil.

In recent years, Elizabeth has found success with her swimwear brand and by acting in smaller films. She has jumped in on the low-budget Christmas comedy train with films like Christmas in Paradise and Christmas in the Caribbean. Her next role will be in Strictly Confidential, the writing and directing debut from her son, Damian.

Elizabeth Hurley has long been involved in charity work. She has been an active force in Estée Lauder’s Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign and even created a custom pink lipstick line, the sales of which support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. She is also a contributor to the Elton John Aids Foundation.

Founded by the pop star in 1992, the Elton John Aids Foundation is a nonprofit organization that raises money to fight the HIV and AIDS crisis across the world. The foundation operates at the community level, finding unique solutions for reaching people in a variety of contexts.

The organization focuses on serving marginalized communities who are the most affected by HIV and AIDS, including gay men, female sex workers, and transgender women. The Elton John AIDS Foundation has an ambitious mission to end the AIDS crisis by 2030. It has raised roughly $600 million in its efforts to fight the disease.
